Efficient and thorough from start to finish. Were kept informed and updated, given helpful information about our new carpet and a very knowledgeable representative visited our property to assess. The fitting was fast and well done.

Do not use this Company. The chap who came to look at my carpet hadn’t a clue what he was doing. It was a total waste of time and effort. His report was a template and didn’t reflect the house he came into! Renew is disorganised, unprofessional and totally incompetent.
Do not waste your money on this company. Dreadful customer service. Should be reported to Trading Standards!

Great service, the flooring was replaced without any hassle and the staff kept us informed at every step of the way. Carpet fitters were lovely chaps, a quick and clean installation.

I had water damage on my carpets and my insurance company passed it on to renew. WORST THING THEY HAVE DONE. 0 communication and a lot of back and forth! 5 months later my carpets have still not been replaced!!!! &every person i speak to has a different answer!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Darren was brilliant. professional & such a pleasure to deal with. He managed to get cerise pink lipstick that my 4 yo ruined every room upstairs.

Do Not Allow Your Insurance Company to forward your claim to these cowboys.
Insured with More Than you passed our claim for a soaked bedroom carpet from a leak to Renew.
Renew made an offer of £744 from the photos and videos I had to upload which I rejected. They arranged an appointment for an assessor to visit in over a week's time. We therefore cut away the soaked and ruined carpet (after receiving permission from More Than) so that our daughter could use the room to now be told we had invalidated our claim by doing this as they now believe it was cleanable despite making an offer.

So some three months we have still not had our carpet issue resolved. Another Inspector came out and it was agreed that Aviva would pay the claim. Although with a far more inferior product than we have. Plus they have decided to change the amount after the first offer to us was sent. This is quite considerably lower, and we are getting nowhere. Also the Inspector cut a piece of our Carpet which has frayed considerably and they are not prepared to take ownership. It would seem that Renew take over your claim, and Aviva/Santander are quite prepared for them to do this. Avoid Renew at all costs.

Having read some reviews they are either glowing or dreadful!
Sadly my experience with Renew has been dreadful.

With only two oldies in the house the inspector said that the pilling was due to high traction soles!!

I felt quite insulted.

Since then their customer service has been positively appalling. It’s like talking to an AI person.

There is no communication or update; they just don’t care enough!!

I hate, yes hate moaning but really feel they are not behaving in a professional and competent manner. And now they seem to be deliberately avoiding me and making hugely unbelievable excuses because I didn’t want the inspector to carry out the shearing.

I am still waiting for the work to be done.
I rest my case.

Right from the very first assessment visit on 30th August all was handled professionally Subsequently the carpet was fitted efficiently and speedily by two most pleasant carpet fitters on 26th September 2023. I will certainly be re ordering in the future .

If I could give a zero I would. Absolute waste of time and so unprofessional. I’ve been nearly a year in waiting for my carpet do be replaced. This company is not customer focused and never return calls. If you don’t chase them, nothing gets done

Complete waste of time and energy never get to speak to the same person. We had an assesor here 2 weeks ago , phone calls asking if we would like them to source the flooring we replied yes please. 2 weeks later phone call we need to come and assess your flooring already done that ok then we need receipts you already have them. Have emailed them for the 3 days no response. If it wasn’t through my insurance company that we had to deal with them I would give them a wide berth. Have asked to be put in contact with their complaints dept apparently they don’t have one nor do they have any email or phone number for management or HR. Just being lied too. So unprofessional

If I could give 0 stars I would. Repot cited wear and tear when clearly water damage. This was verified by 2 separate independent joiners who couldn’t believe this assessment. You ignored my complaint and the attitude from your staff has been appalling. Worst company EVER!

It took several weeks for Renew to arrange to order my carpet after a flood and organise fitters. Flood happened in May, carpet replaced in late September (partly the fault of the insurance company).
Contacted Renew that the carpet had been badly laid with lumps. And 10 days later - nothing has been done and no one has contacted us to arrange to correct this situation. Very disappointing
