Very good reception by all the staff. Dr Jha explained very well regarding my problem and what treatment would be suitable. He gave an honest opinion.

I visited, this strange, back street setting based on price list. Big mistake. Being medical professional myself few red flags raised up immediately, no medical history checked prior or on arrival. No clear indications of qualifications and credentials of any staff. Men sitting in the room facial expression of superior to this world. Price of a treatment doubled randomly from the price indicated on the website. No transparency, unprofessional so call "medical" quote with no copy given I had to take photo. Will be contacting CQC and governing body regarding unprofessional and very disturbing services they offer.

I recently had a xanthelasma removed from below my left eye, and the care I received from the clinic was exceptional from start to finish. Dr Jha took the time to explain the procedure clearly, set expectations, and make sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was carried out with great skill and was as pain‑free as possible.
What really stood out was the level of aftercare. I received daily check‑ins for a week following the procedure, along with follow‑up appointments at one week and one month. That level of communication and reassurance made a huge difference.

Saw me immediately. Diagnosed my condition, which NHS have never done. Put me on medication that is making an improvement after years of a debilitating skin condition. The doctors and staff are so professional and efficient and the doctors are really caring. Something I have never experienced before.

I attended Renew Clinic in Leamington Spa in February 2017 to have a mole removed I was charged £765.00 the mole was treated however the mole did not disappear but Dr. Jha said he would retreat at no additional cost, the mole has been treated every 6 weeks since then and it still remains, finally on May 24th 2019 at my last treatment Dr. Jha informed that he had changed his policy and if I wanted further treatment I would have to pay £250.00 per treatment!
I visited my GP who immediately referred me to the dermatologist at the hospital (2 week referral!) I have now seen the consultant, who is arranging for a biopsy on the mole, she said he should never have treated it! I have googled mole removals and even Harley only charge £250.00 for a removal!
