They took 3 unauthorised payments from my account under company name Rentola. Even though I contacted them they still took payments. I’d cancelled the free trial but they still charged me. Now they won’t refund it.

I loved the offers

I loved the offers. I was looking for a studio apartment in Southport. Eventually 1 bedroom. What I didn't like is rent per month. No way it could be that cheap. If so then I am in the wrong.

It’s a scam. Took my £2.99 for a property that didn’t exist. Keeps on emailing despite unsubscribing and one week later have taken £69. For what!!!! I did not agree to this.

This is a SCAM...... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They take an initial £2.99 and then days later take £69. When I rang the landlord number they provided it was for a genuine estate agent who told me they have no knowledge of this service. Disgusting....

Great idea for scamming people. New subscribers please be aware this website was thought off buy a few clever students wanting to make easy money 🤣🤣🤣 19.99 a month times a few hundred desperate people pays for there beers 🤣🤣🤣 99% of these landlords are estate agents and most are already rented out for the year to students. nice try

It's a fake website

It's a fake website and mentioned free subscription for seven days, but charged me £1.05 on 29/01/24 Here in that fake website, you have to add card information to reveal the landlord phone number, Once you revealed, the number is estate letting agents numbers and obviously you can get those numbers at rightmove without paying penny.All the information shows only let agreed and the information are being taken from rightmove.co.uk. Even they failed to update, the let agreed information clearly marked in rightmove, Don't add your payment and you will get charged £29 after the funny free subscription (anyhow you have to pay £1.05 in UK for this seven days subscription). As there is no negative reviews, so I wrote here all the experience I had yesterday. Don't put your card information and don't pay.

Most agents don’t have a clue what this website is.

Rang a real estate agent about a house advertised on the website. Real estate agent had no idea what the website was, nor was the property advertised available for lease.
I find this website a scam, as most of the properties I’ve found aren’t even available. Nor does the agent trust the website. Stay clear.
