Needed help clearing out my house and garage and they showed up in an hour and got most of the house done in six hours.

Removed the old wall paper and painted the guest room in a day, going to get the rest of the house done soon.

Redid my entire stairwell hand rail without any issues or any hassle.

I live a decent drive from the city and whenever I need anything done, it's either next week or an additional trip fee and the price is always double than my friends in the city. But with them,I now get the same service albeit I have to make a deposit.

They are transparent with the pricing as well as the time that the pro is working for.

They posted job on Craigslist in gigs labor section. The people they gave my address and phone # to had no Maryland license to do electrical work and no prior contact with the company.They have no BBB or Angie’s list accreditation. Homeowners Beware!!! I have names and phone numbers of the people and their texts with the company. But was told I would not get a refund of my $250.00 and I was lying. I even sent one of there texts with someone that answered the ad. They had a Florida license for electrical not Md. They are a Scam of the worst kind. Homeowner “BEWARE “

I set up an appointment for a Plumer to clean my main drain went with Zelle for the discount paid 150 deposit was to pay 90 after completion when guy showed up he was neither a Plumer or had any tools to do ANY job because he found the job on Craigs list it was to pay him 100 to do job they told him nothing about the job so he called them to see about renting a sewer machine they said I WAS to pay all there promises are lies I called to complain they sent another guy same deal NO tools or any idea what the job was very BAD company do not trust their good reviews its all B.S. trying to get my deposit back in hold asked to talk to supervisor said it would take 2 hours had to get different company to do the job WORST company DO NOT TRUST them go else ware adds on Graigs list and on internet Thank you

This is the worst company I have dealt with. Customer service is the worst, am still dealing with them about my refund.

Used them a while back, had a leaking toilet issue, they fixed it same day and explained to me that it was the ring that wasn't collapsed properly when my husband installed it and they replaced the hose when I asked.

Did a great job changing out my water filter, the pro explained everything they were doing and even provided tips on how to make it last longer and it took about 20 min to complete.

I have used them a few times already, no fuss, they work the hours I want them for, and help me complete anything from staining my deck, changing my curtains, replacing some tiles, planting some saplings, etc

Very convenient and same day service for anything.

This is a scam. Essentially you are paying this company $150+ to place a free Craigslist ad soliciting literally anyone off the street to show up to fix your problem. I needed a roofer to help me finish roof on my backyard shed and they said they would "route a technician". An hour later a random man shows up at my house with a 10oz hammer and no clue how to put on a roof, when I told him I couldn't use him he demanded the $100 he was promised in the Craigslist ad (that I had no clue about). As that was going on another random man shows up and at least knows what the word roof means, and starts working before abruptly leaving in the middle of the job for a personal reason. He came back later to finish the job and the results are about what you'd expect for a $100 Craigslist ad roof. I'll be lucky if it stays dry a whole year.
Was quoted $240, and ended up paying close to $400 for a terrible job.
Total scam. Save your money, hire a pro or just post your own Craigslist ad.

It used to take me, at the very least, a week to get somebody to help me. Whether that was for plumbing or electricians or evn handypersons. But these guys are different; after booking a ticket, verifying the info in my email, and making a deposit, they sent me a pro out in an hour. Plus I know what I am paying for before the job gets started :-)

I really like how they send multiple pros out and let me pick the one that fits my needs beyond what I booked for, it makes me feel like a valued client since they are looking at it more than just a simple task. and the rewards program is an icing on the cake. I recommend

This is my 3rd time using them to unclog my toilet and like always they make it look so easy. My toddler can't stop flushing toys down there an it just makes a whole mess. What I like about Rent a tech is that they send someone one out on short notice and I always know the cost ahead of time.
