I moved into the apartment rented through Renthia just 3 weeks ago. Just want to share how smooth the whole process has gone so far.
Finding and signing a contract: I cannot believe how fast it was from submitting my interest to getting the contract step. If I am not mistaken, it took an hour top. After 20 minutes of registering my interest, I received a call from Renthia's representative and he talked through all my questions. Right after the call, he sent me the contract with all the information we agreed upon.
Moving in: As promised, I received the instructions 2 days before my move-in day. The apartment was exactly the same as in the Video Tour on the add. Everything is included in the apartment and tenants literally don't need to buy anything necessary for living.
Cleanliness of the apartment was great. My only minor complaint was the balcony being not so clean, maybe this is something they might pay attention to improve to become "perfect".
About contacting Renthia: My common expectation from all the service providers is to be able to get instant support via phone. However, Renthia doesn't have a phone support. Instead you can open a support ticket from their website. To be honest, I haven't had a problem contacting them since they are so quick to reply to the opened tickets.
My main issue with the apartment is with the internet. The centrally installed wifi network doesn't cover my apartment, so I am left with no access to the internet. I don't know how much Renthia can push the landlords to solve the problem quickly since they are being intermediary but I think they are doing a good job so far quickly forwarding my issues to the landlord.
Overall, I really recommend Renthia if you still have doubts about their services.
It's better to show some movie or pictures from corridor and elevator as well. I recently rented an apartment, but for using elevator it needs to go upstairs 1 floor, and the elevator is very old and small.
This is my first time to find a flat on Renthia, they provide really good services. I highly recommend it.

Great service and it felt safe and easy. I got the response very fast from Renthia and from the landlord that they approved my application and my profile.
The contract was signed digitally and everything felt smooth and efficient. Marcus was very service minded and helped me with my questions and to fell more comfortable about their service.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Quick, safe and great service. I totally recommend.
Renthia illegitemitely deducted 3,000 SEK from my deposit based on their allegation that the apartment was left dirty.
1. Before I left, I cleaned the apartment, fridge, bathroom etc.
2. During the inspection, they mentioned NOTHING about dirt, they didnt let me know that it could be an issue even the next day, that I should clean more when I would have time to mitigate.
3. Originally, everything was ok until 8 days later I received information about 3,000 SEK deduction.
4. I checked cleaning companies which do cleaning for 175-200 SEK per hour, so they must have hired probably affiliated cleaning company that charges much more. Be aware, there was no furniture to clean (the apartment was not furnished)!!! So 3,000 cleaning fee is very big.
I am following up on the case via both arn.se and konsumentverket as this is unacceptable. They are obviously cheating. The guy responds to me in a snarky manner, knowing that I cannot really negotiate. They are withholding the full deposit until we settle which may take some time.
BE CAREFUL ABOUT THEM!!! THEY ARE NOT NICE.

DON’T RENT FROM RENTHIA!!! There are scammers. They took my deposit after claiming there were damages.
The pictures sent doesn’t show the severe damages they claim was done. It showed perhaps that additional cleaning was needed and minor repairs.
I requested for receipts that the supposed damages were done but I got a price list. How am I supposed to know that any repairs have been made?

I am happy to rent an apartment from Renthia. The support team are very good and very responsive in a short time. Although the time of my move was the weekend, they were available to help me. There were some problems when I moved, however; they helped to fix them in a short time, and I paid the rent and deposit after the problems were fixed. Also, their electronic system is very good. The agreement and invoice payment is based on an electronic system.
Didn’t expect renting the apartment in the unknown city might be this easy! Renthia is very customer-friendly and the whole process went surprisingly quick.

Oerhört nöjd, tog mig en vecka att gå från ett första meddelande till att ha skrivit på kontraktet. Snabb återkoppling och personlig kontakt via Renthia uppskattades enormt och gjorde att allt kändes mycket bättre vid signering.
