Absolutely disgusting, trying to get a refund and apparently rentumo.co.uk are a separate entity to rentumo.com, Sarah was very condescending saying that I am confused, I think you find if you would take the time to read my emails, you and your professional team would understand, I did try to make it as simple as possible.....
