My phone was malfunctioning because of a swollen battery. I ordered a new battery from here and paid for the 3-4 day shipping and powered off my phone to avoid any further issues. 4 days pass and my order still hasn’t been shipped so I contacted customer service and then received a tracking a few hours later saying it was being shipped out that same day. Now it’s in transit and is expected to arrive in another 5 days. Really dissappointed because of the delay on top of me trying to get my phone fixed as soon as possible because of the swollen battery. Now the battery is so expanded that it shattered my phone screen and I’ll have to order another screen too! I thought this was a reliable source but they clearly don’t care about punctuality when it comes to shipping out orders in the set time frame and considering that customers may have an urgency. “3-4 days” turned into 10 days and caused a new complication and inconvenience. The least they can do is offer me a new screen with no charge. I would have gone to an actual place and paid the extra money to get my battery changed if I knew they were going to delay the shipping like this.

Everything came in on time and neatly packaged. OLED screen installed perfectly and you can’t tell it was replaced.

AVOID Repair Parts USA at all costs! I ordered an iPhone 13 mini screen, specifically asked for soft LED, but got a cheap LCD screen instead. Customer service is nonexistent - no one answers calls, texts, or emails. Had to involve my credit card company to get a refund, which took 3+ months. Not worth the hassle. Buyer beware!

⭐ 1 Star — Major Delays, Zero Accountability, Left Me Without a Phone for Weeks

I ordered replacement phone screens from RepairPartsUSA and this entire experience has completely wrecked my routine. The site promised 3–4 day shipping. A full week passed with zero updates. When I reached out, they blamed a “shipping issue” and told me the order would go out within 24 hours.

It didn’t. It took them four more days to ship it.

When I asked for compensation for the delay, they offered me a $4 shipping refund, which felt insulting considering how much time I’d already lost. And even after that refund, they let almost another week pass before actually shipping anything.

It has now been 2 and a half weeks, and I STILL have no parts.

Because of their delays, I’ve been without my phone this entire time. I can’t order groceries, I can’t handle basic tasks, I can’t check certain accounts, and while being sick, it has made life genuinely harder. Something as simple as ordering a repair part turned into a massive, unnecessary ordeal.

This company does not meet its own timelines, does not communicate, and does not take responsibility for the problems they cause. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who needs their parts in a reasonable timeframe.

I ordered a part roughly two weeks ago. Paid for shipping and everything but I have not even received a tracking number or any word about my order. It feels like a scam at this point. Some reviews seem to report good experiences, but after what I’ve experienced, it’s clear that these people are unreliable and you’re better off spending your money elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.
