Real Estate Photographer Pro Avis 

The whole process of joining REPP initially started as me trying to find an additional niche for my media company to focus on. Thought that if we photographed hotels already, it would be an easy transition to taking photos for Realtors. Was really hoping for nothing more than a few insights on how to connect with Realtors and start setting up photo shoots. Luckily, I was able to learn so much more during my six months in the program.

Even though our photos were always well received by clients, there was thought or system behind it. We hoped the photos we took were good, we guessed at what shots we should get, but most importantly, I had no way of teaching anyone new to our company how to replicate the shots I was getting. REPP's training system has not only made me a better photographer by explaining some basic principles and camera settings to me, but also gave us a process that is replicable and allow our business to scale.

Additionally, I always counted on networking and referrals to grow our business. While this allowed me to build a mildly successful media company, again there was no system in place so we could reach out to a wider audience and scale the business. I could only talk to so many people over the course of a week so our growth was limited. The client acquisition strategies REPP has developed were the missing piece to growing our business and allow us to train others to perform allowing me to focus on other parts of operating my business.

I cannot thank REPP and my coach, Dave Franklin, enough for the guidance and training they have provided throughout this program. This has changed all aspects of how my company will do business in the future.

This is the literal best program ever!! My husband and I are obsessed with the success this coaching had brought to our lives. We have doubled our income in just a few months and we are just getting started!! We are beyond grateful for the value REPP has blessed us with. I found REPP through Eli Jones Youtube channel. Honestly, I was just looking at what I could do with a drone for real estate videos and photos when he opened my eyes to an entire career path. It only took three days of binge-watching his channel's content to take the dive. REPP's coaching program "LAUNCH," for those new to real estate media, is the best of so many worlds. I've gotten personal one-on-one coaching and connection from day one (even the no-pressure interview calls, which I appreciated... I hate sales tactics.). The program features a robust training system, daily group Zoom calls, multiple sessions per day if desired, experienced coaches, group chats for both specific and general topics, and much more. The CRM they provide is free and really impressive. The platform that hosts sales and bookings doesn't charge a monthly fee, but instead charges per transaction, similar to Stripe. Honestly, it's the most practical way to start this business as far as I can tell, and I get to meet dozens and dozens of people who are doing it with me. Just phenomenal. So far, so good. I'm still learning... still getting things set up, but the proof is in the pudding.

The REPP program has absolutely met every expectation that was set by Eli and the marketing team has set for all the good and benefit they speak of!

I was partnered with Coach Rayana, who has been nothing short of fantastic in her communication, and more importantly her understanding of my goals, my direction and where I am today, so I have a pathway to get to my goals (and well exceed them)!

The program is the perfect combination or mixture of loving encouragement and tough-love push back that speaks to my potential as much as it does address my hesitations.
In other words, they heard me when I felt "I'm not sure I can do this" and reminded me, "You paid us because we know from experience that we can help you get there!"

I started looking into REPP when it was a “home study” program, but by the time I was ready to retire from my career of 30 years and make the move to REPP, the program had changed to a mentorship program. Just after joining the program, I found myself homeless, and in a difficult personal situation. Eli and his brother Aaron understood my issue and offered me different options for going forward. Many programs would not be as understanding, but the REPP team worked with me to ensure that I succeeded. In addition to their willingness to work with me, they also ensured that I had a mentor that matched my personality and goals. Aryana provided consistent, structured calls that ensured those under her care received the tools needed to become successful entrepreneurs. Aryana’s group call is an environment that is open and accepting, while also being informative and insightful. Because of my unique situation, I have been a slow starter, but I am confident that things will pick up now that my personal life is back on track. Despite my own slow start, I have witnessed other members of the program become successful real estate media professionals making $10K a month or more. Many have scaled their businesses and hired additional personnel to help them continue to grow and meet their business goals. I am very happy I took the plunge and joined the REPP program, and I am in no doubt that I will soon be meeting my own real estate photography goals.

I signed up knowing I needed a structure and accountability to get my business off the ground, and the program did exactly that. Working with Aryana helped me so much in the process to help me shift my mindset and clear blockers that emerged on the journey. She was supportive and kind, but knew when to hold me accountable which is exactly what I needed.

The program does an excellent job of getting you to move past your fears and into action, giving you all the tools and tutorials you need, I'm very glad I did it! I went from 0 revenue to now having all my systems setup and daily shoots scheduled.

I know there may be an initial sticker shock to the program, but if you want to get your business started or ramped up quickly, I would highly recommend it.

I've gotten further along in my business with REPP in the last 3-4 months than I had on my own trying to figure it out for the past year prior to joining!
