I saw their course come up on Instagram on helping you create a Real Estate Media company. I was shooting for a boxing gym at the time and was looking for a way I could start making money with my camera and that video came up at such the right time! From when I started the course to the end of it, any help that you need it at your reach. You are assigned a coach from the start of the program that will guide you through the whole process and let me tell you, it's a tremendous help! (I knew nothing about this type of career/business field and my coach Aryana was an amazing help throughout the whole process!) you're also invited into a group chat/board of other students starting the same program, although at different points of the program, it helps to see what challenges or questions they also come across so when you come across the same thing you'll have a perspective of how to deal with it.

It's a pretty straightforward program, everything is listed in a todo list that goes week by week so there is no getting lost and if you get stuck or have questions you have your coach and the group chat/board right by your side to help you. This is definitely worth the investment to get your own business up and going with really quick results!

My REPP coach Karen always kept me driven and positive. I know 6 months isn’t too long in retrospect with starting a business etc, but I didn’t hit my guarantee till the last month. The process was a *little* stressful. I have a 4 year old, and we actually had a baby last month. Pretty cool that I pretty much took 2 weeks off in September, and still hit 5k within 3 weeks actually. I’m going to end October with 7k. So within the last 5 weeks of the program, I’m expecting to hit 9k! VA time… thanks Karen and REPP team for everything!

The methods that they are teaching work but you have to be patient. Everything will fall in place as it should if you put the work in and do what the course is telling you to do!!

I just finished up the LAUNCH coaching through REPP with Coach Karen. I knew nothing about photography, let alone starting a real estate photography business. The coaching is 100% worth it. When I signed up for REPP Coaching I knew nothing about real estate media. I quickly learned a lot and was amazed at the systematic approach that this program others for going from zero to being able start a real estate media business. I still have a long way to go, but I believe you can significantly speed up your learning curve having access to experienced real estate media coaches. This program covers every aspect of starting a real estate media business. From purchasing the correct equipment, learning how to use it, preparing to pass your drone license, setting up a professional ordering system, assistance with web presence options, and several marketing options. Communication was a bit slower in the beginning before being paired with my new coach. However, it is a two way street! Closed mouths don't get fed. After that changed; it was the best decision I've made for my business. looking for someone to hold me accountable was what I was looking for and guidance tailored to where I was at in my business; not just generic coaching. I got all of that and more! I felt apart of a community of people with a common goal!

Coaching has been the best decision I have ever made! They give you the roadmap, teachings and tools to be successful. This includes hours and hours of accessible training videos, unlimited 1:1 coaching sessions and frequent group calls with a variety of experts. REPP coaches and the community are always there for you!

Success is measured in monetary gains but it also has to do with personal growth which was really important for me. Owning your own business is more than taking pictures - it's about putting yourself out there and rolling with the ups and downs + not having the (some would say false) security of a monthly paycheck. The only way I could become comfortable with it was by doing it - and REPP was there to help with the business owner mindset which was very foreign to me. You certainly learn how to do the job but for some of us we also need to know how to live with it and that's where maybe REPP has a leg up on others. They really do care about your overall success as a person and business owner beyond the lessons.

Regarding expectations -- if you stick with it and do everything they say I have no doubt you will succeed personally and monetarily. It is a formula and a support structure that works - but realistically other factors come into play - your location, the housing market, your own life commitments and commitment to the program. It is certainly possible to make big money off the bat but for me it was a slow steady growth over a number of months and then a mini-explosion of paid work putting me over my goal.

Bottom line: REPP cares about who you are and your overall success. They guide you in not only media but how to be a business owner and in my case to become a better person :) Great folks, good organization!

I've been part of the REPP Community for over a year and have been part of REPP Coaching for over 3 months. I've found great value in joining this coaching program and having a coach with experience in Real Estate Media (instead of general coaching).
The biggest value I've received is hearing how others in the program are implementing the suggestions offered in the program, and how it's working for them. This program isn't a silver bullet - It's not going to fix all your business overnight and turn you into a millionaire - but it will provide you with the tools to grow your business and build a solid foundation to have a successful Real Estate Photography business. Depending on your area and the amount of time you can/do invest, you can/will grow your business and reach your goals.

This coaching program helped give me ideas on how I can improve my business and limit the amount of time I spin my wheels trying to get business.

I was skeptical at first, it’s not a cheap investment but if you want a complete road map from start to finish with hand holding from experienced pros and I may say some of the best in the business then this shouldn’t even be a second thought.

I only write this because I’m on my 3rd month of coaching about half way in and I went from 10k to just shy of 20k a month just about double my business so I can honestly say it was an amazing decision as the first month of increased revenue paid for the investment almost immediately with their guidance.
