Replica sabers store USA Avis 21

I am highly disappointed with this supplier. I am an avid collector of Star Wars memorabilia especially lightsabers & have ordered from other suppliers with no bother whatsoever. I thought I’d try Replica Sabers for the first time, here is my experience with Replica Sabers.
I ordered my Saber with time to receive it for Xmas, as it was a gift for a friend. I received an email from Replica Sabers on 7th Dec’ explaining they were unable to get it to me in time so they issued me a refund, which would be in my account in 3-5 business days. After 5 days I still had no refund so I messaged them on their contact page & emailed them. While on their website a noticed flashed across the screen saying their customer service would be unavailable from 10th to 29th December.
I needed the refund to purchase another saber from elsewhere & it is now the 30th December & I still have no refund.
Why would a company have no customer service during what is most likely their busiest time of the year, is it just good/bad timing on their behalf & how many other people have they done this to? It really put a bit of a downer to my Xmas, but I carried on.
I have issued a ‘charge back’ with my bank because I doubt very much Replica Sabers will give me a refund.

This is an addition to my review (see above). Todays date is 18th April & I did not receive any refund or any response to my messages/emails to ‘Replica Sabers’, not even a response to this very poor review to justify their reason/s for their customer service etc.

I know of people who have used ‘Replica Sabers’ after I submitted this review & had a bad experience & others who have had a good experience.
All I can say is you do what you like, but just look at the stars this company has.

In the meantime I wish you good luck.

It is now 5 weeks since i ordered, no replies to the 15 emails ive sent, nothing! Appalling! No tel number to call.
Looks like ive lost 195 pounds. Disgraceful.

I havent received anything! Ordered 2 weeks ago, website said 2-5 days. Tried to contact numerous times on email and by filling out 2 x query forms to get expected delivery dates. No reply to anything and no tel number to call..
I just want to know when its going to arrive as it's a gift or at least acknowledgememt of my attempts at contact....

My experience was 5 Star.

Contacted them 4 days before my son's birthday to see if they had anything available. Not only did the expedite my order, they included free accessories and a Star Wars figure for my son as a birthday present!

Now that's what i call a caring company.

This is now my Second order this month and both have been perfect

Purchased a lightsaber for my husband who previously had one from another company but broke just before his birthday.

They one from Replicasabers must have been better as it has a lot of features and doesn't break! ( Big plus ).

I'm not into star wars myself, but my husband is happy with it and says his luke skywalker looks exactly like the one used in the old movies ( My husband is a star wars nerd lol :) )
My son loves star wars too so i will leave another review when i purchase his later in the year.

Excellent first purchase. I couldn't get my lightsaber from my usual lightsaber shop as they had been out of stock for a while. Decided to give these guys a try as they were cheaper anyway.

Lightsaber itself is fantastic and arrived well within the time mentioned.

No import taxes either as promised which is a big plus for me.

Will be back for more.

Well it has been a while now and I don‘t get any answer. I tried via email, customer support on website, even with a letter.
Nothing changes, no new shipping status on the website and no answer.
The website though changes, prices and new discounts etc. so the “shop” is working as I can see. But I don’t get any help.

Saber arrived and would not ignite. I emailed their customer service 1 week ago and they will not respond with any advice about repair or refund, I feel like I have been scammed at this point and don't know how else to proceed.

The lightsaber arrived and it is such a great piece of kit! Really good build quality and detail, and there are loads of presets to choose from - the app works brilliantly with it. The initial setting is really loud but the volume can be adjusted very easily. It charges super fast and is packaged nicely so great for a gift.

No complaints.

Customer service is excellent and responses. Lightsaber is of very high quality so worth the cost. Shipping was a lot faster than expected.

My 3rd lightsaber and i am happy with all of them.

Never had any issues what so ever and the fact they role out updates for their lightsabers via their app is a huge plus. Everyone likes free features.

I ordered the Luke Skywalker Xenopixel V6 for my drama class. The quality is excellent and the features actually blew me away.

First time using these guys and very impressed. I've been shopping for lightsabers with various other lightsaber shops and although i have never had issues, their prices are usually inflated...

I tried these out because they offer the exact same lightsabers as everyone else, but way cheaper...

Although they do offer Xenopixel V6 which is extremally hard to find, so that's quite impressive and a sell just on it's own.

Arrived here in the USA within 7 days, so ahead of time. Paid no customs either which is great.

I will likely use them as my go to lightsaber shop from now on, as along as they keep their prices low :)
