Missing order

I placed an order and paid for it 25th August 2024. I have not heard anything from this company (reposaltrust). No receipt, no order number nothing. Because this was a UK order I thought I would give it time. I have tried to email them but can not get them at all. Sorry, but I say it must be false, Very disappointing. I am still trying to contact them to sort this out.

If I could give a negative star review

If I could give a negative star review, I would. First of all, their product that they sell is substandard. It looks As if it was made with child labor in a camp. They do not respond to return items or any other communication for that matter, I would be very wary purchasing anything from these thieves.
I ordered some shirts and shorts with the American stripes that I wanted for Fourth of July. I ordered this merchandise in April and it did not arrive until the second week in July. I was so disappointed that it arrived late, extremely late. My packages came in Separate packages and arrived at different times.

Refuse to return/refund

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 4 dresses. All correct but huge sizing and unsuitable. I have been locked in an email war for weeks trying to get their return address but keep getting same response back along these lines. They are in repeat and won’t give me the address so I can check the return rate myself. Stay away from these guys!!

Stay away!

I ordered eye cream in February, in march my post office tracked the order to china, it was never sent! The company offers a couple of dollars as compensation, “not their fault the package was never sent”. I demand a full refund and now they won’t answer any more. No, I will never order from this company again! Also, you can find the same items much cheaper from other sellers. Stay away!

Scam company

I ordered 2 screwdrivers with bits etc. But those items were missing in 1 of the packages. They just told me that they had checked that, so I should look again.

Faulty and damaged goods sent.

Sending different stuff than advertised.

I ordered two remote controlled cars for my sons. The cars arrived today, however, neither of them was remote controlled as advertised on their website. Just standard plastic toy cars. I feel scammed. What is more, one of the cars had a bad scratch on the bonnet. Funny thing, they both have battery slots, although empty, with no metal elements – just an empty plastic hollow space.
On their website there is a link “track your order”. However, when you click on it, it leads you to a 404 error page. It doesn’t look like a legitimate website.
Avoid.

Scam, stay away don't order

Ordered through Easyfrot website but the company name on my CC statement is "reposaltrust". Their customer service kept stringing me along saying 'be patient your parcel is on the way'. I kept getting tracking updates saying parcel is in sorting center, parcel is in inspection, parcel departed, parcel received in destination country, parcel in customs...the tracking updates went on and on for over 30 days. Finally I disputed the charge with my CC company and wouldn't you know the next day they send me an email saying saying a refund will be issued and 'yes you placed this order but we see it didn't ship" If it didn't ship, why would they continue to send me tracking updates. Well I'll tell you why, it's a scam company; they took my money and never shipped my order.

Lost parcel

I ordered for windshield back in February but it haven't arrived yet.
The Customer Service keeps on saying its on the way but seems like got lost on the way.

I have ordered a lot of things online but this is the worst platform I encountered. No one seems to care as no one is giving an update on what is happening.

Curling iron cannot be plugged into a normal electrical outlet

I ordered a curling iron but it cannot be plugged into a regular electrical outlet. This is useless as far as i am concerned. I would like to know what this can be plugged into. Sorry I ordered it. Waste of my hard earned money

robustravbit chew toys

We purchased 4 of the robustravbit chew toys. We read all the reviews and everyone was positive. We gave each of our dogs one to play with whilst they were on our bed, within 1 hour, one of our dogs had seemed to remove the head of the green lion and was choking on the squeaker inside. We are now too scared to let our dogs have these toys without full supervision
