Renewed with rescue my car breakdown cover after a year they were great fast and easy. Renewal notice was a lot higher but got it less than half price online and got cash back 👍

Good company to deal with
My initial renewal quote was nearly double my amount of 2025 so I rang to discuss with a very helpful gentleman who managed to give me other options & I ended up with a much lower quote which I happily accepted. If unhappy with quote ring & you usually get a better deal

I have used these on a few occasions but at the end of this year's policy they quoted me over double the price for renewal on top of that I never broke down. They force you to use a local garage before offering you the choice of location to move your car. For me that's not real cover. I have mcoee to britannia rescue their reviews are so much better and they give you the choice of garage or other location you want! I'm very happy with my new policy

I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your renewal price and with how our recovery process worked in practice. We always aim to keep our premiums as competitive as possible while reflecting factors such as overall market conditions, but I completely understand how frustrating it feels when your renewal increases significantly, especially when you haven’t needed to call us out.
Regarding the recovery arrangements, it’s clear that this didn’t match what you were expecting from your policy, and I’m sorry that we didn’t meet your needs on this occasion.
I’m pleased you’ve found a policy that you’re happy with, but we are genuinely sorry to have lost you as a customer.
