Amazing support & customer service

I recently ordered an item from ReSee. It was an item I’ve already owned but lost, & once I received it I noticed some differences between my old item and the new one they sent me. I contacted them and they helped me right away with any questions or concerns I had. They explained the differences and the reasoning behind them and put my mind at ease. As someone who loves designer goods, I will definitely order from them
Again for their fair pricing, professionalism and prompt support.

He sido estafada por esta plataforma

He sido estafada por esta plataforma, hay otra opinión publicada el 27 de Noviembre de 2025 y tiene razón en su advertencia.
Hay una plataforma con el mismo nombre que es falsa y son unos estafadores.
Como bien cuenta esta chica en su opinión, te ofrecen un puesto de trabajo falso en una plataforma con el mismo nombre. Te envían un contrato suplantando la identidad de la empresa ReSee.
He contactado varias veces con la verdadera empresa ReSee pero no han hecho nada para que esta plataforma falsa que suplanta su identidad desaparezca, así que siguen estafando a la gente a su antojo.
La denuncia en la Policía Nacional también está tramitada.
No os fiéis, todo parece muy real!!!

do not order from this company - they have terrible customer service and requested over €120 in fees to return an item. I've never heard of a company being so greedy

The €120 mentioned is not a fee charged by us: this amount refers entirely to import duties and customs charges paid to UK customs, which were applied due to Brexit. Unfortunately, these duties cannot be reclaimed from UK customs once paid.

We fully understand how frustrating this is — both for customers and for small businesses — and empathize we do not benefit financially from any part of this amount. It is solely a government-imposed customs charge that is outside of our control.

OJO FRAUDE online / BEWARE of online FRAUD

Espero que esta vez TrustPilot NO elimine mi comentario.

Alguna sospecha tuve desde el principio pero aún así hice intercambio de mensajes por Whatsapp con una mujer diciendo que era de ReSee y que el partner de reclutamiento le había pasado mi contacto, ella contacta desde un número que no me permite poner en el comentario ( ojo cambian de nombre y número) ahora en este momento descubro son un delincuentes fraudulentos, que intentan aprovecharse de las personas y usando un email fraudulento ( tampoco puedo poner el email en la reseña). Después de varios mensajes por Whatsapp donde te explican, con buen lenguaje la mujer fraudulenta o la IA las condiciones y términos del puesto, incluyendo el salario, etc. te invitan al entrenamiento de" Marketplace Ranking Associate Training" en una plataforma falsa ( no me deja poner el enlace en la reseña) y te dan un código para acceder, es una página espejo que imita la web de la empresa según dicen otras personas que sí cayeron en la trampa, por fortuna yo no llegué a entrar a esta plataforma no tiene nada que ver con la legal empresa ReSee.

Estoy publicando la advertencia en portales online para que otras personas pueden ver que son un FRAUDE.

I had my suspicions from the start, but I still exchanged messages on WhatsApp with a woman who said she was from ReSee and that the recruitment partner had given her my contact details. She contacts me from a number that I am not allowed to include in the comment (note that they change their name and number). Now I have discovered that they are fraudulent criminals who try to take advantage of people using a fraudulent email (I cannot include the email in the review either). After several WhatsApp messages where the fraudulent woman or AI explains the conditions and terms of the position, including the salary, etc., in polite language, they invite you to the “Marketplace Ranking Associate Training” on a fake platform (I am not allowed to put the link in the review) and give you a code to access it. It is a mirror page that imitates the company's website, according to other people who fell for the scam. Fortunately, I did not enter this platform, which has nothing to do with the legitimate company ReSee.

I am posting this warning on online portals so that other people can see that they are a SCAM.

BEWARE SCAM

I'm not sure where else to report this as it's according to the comments from ReSee it's nothing to do with this website. But this is where I found out about the scam myself so felt it the best place to leave something.

A recruitment service associated with ReSee (Marketing Associates optimising search engine data and pricing) are running an incredibly complex scam of talking with someone over WhatsApp and then you're moved onto a 'training platform' that looks exactly like the ReSee website.

I've come to realise it's a clever trick of using enough information to fool you into thinking it's the same website, but actually it isn't.

They set up a contract upon completing the 'training'. All the details they provide are searchable and match with the company of resee.com.

They then at the end of it all ask money from you. It's only a small amount of money (from me it was €36) they ask for in the grand scheme of things but I'm assuming it's only the start.

According to the comments from ReSee below it's nothing to do with them and they don't run any such scheme.

It's scary as I did all my usual fraud checks; checking the website, searching business numbers, researching any reviews, it was only after searching a bit more did I find comments here (hence why I'm posting here too), they even use an email incredibly similar to the one for this website. When I received the 'contract' alarm bells started ringing.

Until that point, everything else felt legit... You speak with a 'real' person, I'd said to my husband I suspected AI for some of the messages but I feel like that's going to become the norm now. This person goes into such detail answering questions and leading you through the 'training' with detailed instructions and screenshots.

I was contacted by a Christine Lopez (though I assume they change their names and numbers regularly) on +372 8151 4620.

The email address is contact @resee.info.

Incredibly official and well thought out. Scary. Be warned.

Ho chiesto loro di valutare un abito Gucci nuovo, con cartellino attaccato, mai indossato. L’abito è di una collezione piuttosto recente ( 5 anni fa’ ) , valeva circa €3000,00 e su tutte le piattaforme online consultabili si trova in vendita a non meno di € 600. ReSee mi ha proposto la cifra di €150,00.
Non credo sia necessario aggiungere altro, anche considerando che i loro prezzi sul catalogo Vintage sono molto alti anche su capi non in perfette condizioni.

Puts its customers in a disadvantageous position

1. The price is unreasonably higher than second hand designer pieces market. I witnessed a SAME item being listed 1.5x higher than it was sold in a physical shop in London!
2. Their return policy puts its customer in an unfavourable position, and even against the LAW (specification below), since your entire payment is withheld until a sale occurs with NO time limits. This means they keep your unwanted item + your entire payment for as long as they wish. That's double sink cost, wakey wakey.
3. Charge for extra fees: taxes, duties, shipping (every time a shipping occur), transactions fee 5% for Non-EU customers. And charge again when returning items.
4. Their customer service replies you promptly, but they just avoid/ ignore the core issue you care most about! They just simply don't reply it.

p.s. LAW refers to the transparency and compliance with EU consumer rights law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and French distance selling regulations.

Fees, Taxes & Returns

Excellent shopping experience

Everything, from browsing to purchasing from the website, was excellent - I’ve had a really positive customer experience. The description of the jacket was accurate, the communication once I’d bought it was good and it arrived in quick time, packaged beautifully with care and love. I feel reassured that everything on the website is vetted and authenticated.
The jacket I bought is an incredible Dior piece, bought at a steal! So so happy with it!
