Please beware!! SCAM. They claim to be authorised representatives of Emirates. Charged my card $800 to cancel flights. 2 tickets from Sydney to London return cancelled and refund never received.

Took $925.00 AUD and was supposed to offer an unaccompanied minor service from Japan to Sydney but no one turned up as was promised. This is a scam company

This company is a scam. took my credit card details claimed to call the travel agent to secure my ticket as needed my agent authority and never did. Also got hung up on twice. They never attempted to call back. Do not use them even if they sit at the top of your search. Report them to your airline immediately.
