Awesome for endurance sports. I’ve used for the MDS and LondonRide100.
Small convenient packs, fit easily into pockets. So small for 600 kcals.
My goto nutrition for on the go energy.

Excellent service as always
I am currently training for an an ultra event and Land's End to John O'Groats record attempt in September. I love the convenience of RN products. Easy to use, great for a low carb/keto athlete like me and what's more I love how I can return empty packaging at no cost for recycling.

The product is great everything I want…
The product is great everything I want from nutrition. The only comment would be the size of pouch, they are too wide to fit in my race vest. If they were smaller width and longer they would be perfect.
