Their website is misleading. They do not ship quickly. The dates given are a lie. They do not hold stock.When you speak to them about delivery, they lie and then they block your number and all you get is a voicemail. The delivery company who is collecting that day at 3.30 is actually registered to the same address. Luckily I paid with a credit card.Do not buy from this company. Do not trust the 5 star reviews. This company was incorporated in June this year. It's a scam.

Great bed & mattress, amazing quality for the price my son is so pleased. Couldn't make first delivery day due vehicle breakdown but came next day easy to contact and responsive.

Wasn’t sure what bed I wanted, spoke to Chantelle on the phone and he was really helpful in helping me build the bed I wanted. Quick n hassle free delivery.

Communication has been good .
I asked if my beds could be delivered earlier due to us moving house , this was accommodation and arrived on the evening of our moving in day .
The only negative is one man came and I had paid extra for the beds to be put up . The delivery man was told it was a flat ? We live in a 3 story house ! At first delivery man wasn't going to leave the beds , my son and I ended up helping to get all beds up stairs .
Happy with the beds and mattresses!
All in all good service and good quality beds !

Thrilled with my new Superking bed! Adam at Restium was able to assist me via phone to get the right bed for us before purchase and advised me the right mattesss I required to get the best night's sleep - we paid more for the 3000 pillow top. Great communication and delivery man was brilliant and fast!
I would definitely recommend ordering and brilliant value for money! Won't get anywhere cheaper.

Service and item exactly as described. Bed was cheaper than I could find elsewhere and came with a mattress that is way better than I had expected

Tommy was lovely delivery was great it's the bed itself foot of bed leg broke when putting them on when headboard was put on cdnt gt into draw fixings for headboard was crappie you can see wooden frame there's gaps in material very disappointed

Wrote a review yesterday regarding delivery of my bed just want to say my first night in it was very good very comfy overall I’m pleased with the service provided would definitely buy from Restium Beds again

I believe the positive posts are not by real customers.
Received bed but no mattress! No communication to tell me when mattress would be delivered and Restium appear to blame the delivery company, not convinced! 3 days after it should have been delivered and i’m being told the courier’s van has broken down so it wont be here as planned today - completely fobbed off with nonsense!

From start to finish buying my bed was just seamless! Was delivered within 5 business days as promised ! The bed itself is such great quality! Wasnt the most expensive but it looks premium and my free mattress is by far the best ive had, so comfy. I dealt with Adam when I had some questions an he got straight back to me an was so helpful . I just can't say enough good things about this company.

Ordered a bed from Restium online at the weekend. They phoned me up to day to check the bed I ordered was exactly what I wanted. A delivery date was arranged with installation of the bed and mattress. I will do a further revue once I have got the bed and mattress. But so far the help and service have been very good and the price of the bed and mattress is very competitive.

Amazing service! Bed was delivered on time and I love the style. Really matches the colour of the room and it was so easy to assemble.

The driver was very courteous and made sure that we were happy with the delivery!

I have had a great night sleep on the bed woke up feeling very fresh. The mattress is very comfortable.

We had some small problems with delivery company but Adam from the manufacturer was absolutely fantastic and sorted this out immediately, he was kind, understanding and checked with us to ensure that the bed was delivered and installed. The bed is beautiful and if good quality. Adam couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive x

Received our bed and few days ago finally got the chance to sleep in it last night and all I can say is wow it's so comfortable I normally struggle to sleep but was away with the fairies within 5 minutes build quality is amazing and the matress is so thick I was expecting a thin matress the type you usually get for free with a bed but oh boy was I wrong would 100 pecent recommend restium bed fantastic value for money fantastic customer service and fantastic products

Really great experience. Communication was fantastic, a call to check my order l, any queries answered, they checked my drawer position. Delivery was arranged straight away and I was updated the whole time. The delivery guys were really prompt and helpful.
Excellent process all round. I thought for the price of the bed there would be a catch but I’m pleased to say there isn’t these are just really good quality beds at an excellent price with great customer service!

Bed received today, very helpful company, upgraded the mattress and it’s lovely and thick. Cannot fault the speed and delivery when they said they would. Can’t wait to get it all made up and post some photos
