I would not even give one review if that was an option - right from the beginning I was charged twice, and had to get on a chate for a while with some snarky customer service rep just to get half of it refunded. I should have trusted my gut and had the whole thing refunded then, as it felt off, however I trusted that they could do the resume update in a day. So just for applying to the resume update and a 24 hour turn around (which they said they could do several times) I paid $149 upfront, and they had me fill out a super long questionaire, send in documents which I did, and despite them telling me they could. So far all they have attracted is broken promises - I paid for a service and was told I would have all documents by a specific time, yet that time has long past and not only do I not have any documents to show for it I have not received any email responses. This fraud of a company does not actually have any REAL positive reviews or links to authentic reviews, and mine would be revealing very unprofessional work ethics with unreliable promises. #scamalert
