Resume Profs Avis

Resume Prof team and Jay Thomas did an excellent job on my resume. Jay delivered as promised and on time. Thanks, Resume Profs

Resume Professionals, Jay Thomas specifically, have been fabulous and answering everyone of my calls and my questions. There were a couple of minor changes that I chose to make, and he got on them immediately and got me the documents in a very timely manner. Very happy with their service. I would recommend them highly

It was overall quick and easy, I was offered multiple packages and feel I picked the right one for me. The resume and cover letter look professional. I would use this service again. The representative who helped me was kind and applied any changes I felt were needed before making the final.

This company is a great company to use for all your resume needs. They pay close attention to the clients needs and execute their work proficiently. They’re also very communicative and respond very quickly when the client may have any questions pertaining their résumé. I’m very impressed by the work that they have done for me and they really turned my mediocre résumé into an amazing resume. They can put me in a position to land any job that I desire. Resume Profs are a 10/10.

They are so patient with my multiple emails to add info that I wanted and make changes. Very fast responses each and every time. Wonderful resume, thank you so much.

I have returned to Resume Profs for touch ups since first having them set me up for success fresh out of college. They made my Linkedin look like gold and you can always count on them to go above and beyond your expectations with your resume and cover letter. Have referred close friends over whenever the topic comes up in discussion, they are my go to. You will not be disappointed.

p.s. Steve is the GOAT.

My business partners have had the pleasure of working with Anthony Brown, on numerous projects. He is dedicated , knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to get your vision to fruition.

My project manager, Jay Thomas, was excellent to work with. Everyone that I had contact with was great. But Jay made sure that the turnaround on my information was timely, and listened to all of my feedback. The work they did for me looks fantastic! It looks much better than I could have done. I am grateful that I used them.

I appreciate for your help to fix my resume make looks good. Thank you!

Prompt response to the emails, great customer service and good samples to select the final draft.

It was a good experience- thank you for everything.

Communication is vital, and ResumeWritersUSA excelled at keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They completed everything in a timely manner. A special thanks to Jay and everyone else who assisted me.

I have not submitted my resume yet so I don't know how it will be received but I am disappointed by the lack of detail on the "final" resume that was meant to be delivered by EOD Friday to then be submitted to the job I had sent them. I had specifically asked for that as the deadline in order to keep my order, and unfortunately the team didn't meet my expectations or time restrictions.

Reviewing the content, I am happy that they tailored it to the specific job description and I am sure it will give me an advantage once I am able to submit it. However, because of the way they format it in Word, I am not as easily able to fix the mistakes they made in order to submit my resume by the deadline I gave them.

My recommendation is to ask them to format using typical text boxes and not the "drawing" tool in Word, as it is clunkier to fix.

Resume Profs revamped my resume with a new layout and incorporated verbiage I should have considered.

Response time was good. But the way some things were formatted, I questioned the way some things were and requested them be corrected. I would think, this being a professional resume writer that they would know the best way to write the content.

I need to have the resume in 48hrs, and Jay Brown was able to deliver. I really appreciate the professionalism that was given to me. The resume did come out very professional and great. I will recommend his service to my close friends and family member. Definitely I will continue to use their service as needed.

Very professional and easy to work with for a great price! Thank you!

Excellent product and customer service provided by Resumeprofs in updating a somewhat dated resume with a goal in mind of returning to the field of financial services and specifically to obtain a position as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent here in central Indiana.

They were quick, responsive, reasonably priced and above all else provided the exact product I had in mind but did not know how to produce by myself.

IMHO Hiring Resumeprofs for your next resume update would be a great decision!

Great experience very helpful and responsive
