It was made very easy with a helpful phone person and a very quick same day pickup. It was all of my wife's clothing and had taken me 6 months to gather up and be willing to part with. A very emotional day was made easy and I feel her things will help some local people. Kathy would be pleased. Thank you.

The movers were polite, friendly, and efficient. They removed my furniture with no problems.

After scheduling and paying I discovered that would only take 5 boxes. Today's pickup was a farce. Driver didn't speak English, so I couldn't communicate with him at all other than pointing, had a small car that had already picked up somewhere else so could only take 3 things. Will never recommend to anyone. What a joke. Could not have even gotten 5 bags in his car. And he obviously was NOT a veteran.

They were kind, polite, professional and very strong. They stated the facts not related to me earlier about the sofa , a fold-out sleeper bed (being classified as disposable junk), and that I would be charged extra for that, on top of what I was already charged. I am ok with all that but it would have been helpful to know in advance. Thank you all for your generosity and kindness.

The entire process - requesting a team to pick up furniture, confirmation of an assigned team of movers, multiple real time notices about when the drivers would arrive - was seamless. The two-man team worked quickly and efficiently to load the furniture and took great care with the pieces.

They were on time, polite, worked efficiently to remove the items I donated. I will certainly use your services in the future.

I was a little nervous since I didn’t know anything about your company. Each communication with you though, I was helped by very kind and efficient employees. I had a lot of contact after our communication that confirmed what we had discussed. At the actual pickup time, Brandon and Alecsander were amazing. They were very polite, competent and strong! The job was completed quickly and they even did a small favor for us which was very helpful. I will recommend you to anyone looking to donate possessions they can no longer use. Thank you very much. Resupply made my experience as easy and through as possible, while keeping me 'in the loop" throughout the entire process.

Everything was extremely easy - from scheduling the appointment to the guys arriving (from California Junk Masters) and doing the work. The two gentlemen who came had lots of paperwork to complete on their end for donations vs scrap, take pictures of everything, and then gave me the actual cost. Was well within what I had originally estimated. So nice NOT to have to do all of this work myself. They were lifesavers. Will use them again if the need arises. I could not have received any better service.
