Absolutely terrible customer service. Sent the mould and tray very quickly. Poor communication since returning the mould.
When it arrived the retainer did not cover my teeth, it’s extremely loose and does not stay in place.

Their website states your retainers help keep teeth in place and prevent movement following orthodontic treatment, and compares your retainers to that of an orthodontist. The quality of the retainer is extremely poor and resembles nothing of my previous retainers from the orthodontist. The retainer is unusable.

I have so far sent 3 emails in 2 weeks and no response. Will be reporting. DO NOT USE

I am now 120gbp down the tube and still no retainers.
So quick to reply when I asked how long the process would take - now I cannot get a response out of them, all while my highly expensive dental work is coming undone! In the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards/Citizen advice so they can stop stealing from people

Requested the cancel the order and hour after placing due to finding a cheaper option. No reply. No contact number. Received the impression kit, immediately returned. Got an email apologising say they emails were down. No refund, no replies to emails. Will lodge a complain with Amex to issue a refund.

Absolutely shocking 'service'

So the impression kit arrived about a week after I placed the order. I took the impressions and emailed photos of the impressions and waited approval of them but by the time approval was received the prepaid postage label had expired. A new one was provided by email and I then posted the impressions back. I didn't hear anything so after about a week I messaged and was informed the retainers had been posted out first class the day before and they did arrive be it about a week later, but to be fair it was over the busy Christmas period so not bad considering.

The price for a set of retainers is good
however, I was surprised to see the retainers cut short when they arrived but pleased that they did fit nicely round my teeth. There was a card included which explained the reasons for cutting them short were to prevent breakages and infection.

A contact telephone number would have been useful to speed up the process a bit as the communication was by emails only. The whole process took around 5 weeks which I thought was okay considering it was over the Christmas period. So, thank you very much to the team for my new retainers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - it appears to be a scam. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. I sent my impressions to Retainer Direct in mid-December and am still waiting to receive a retainer nearly 5 weeks later. I have sent countless emails to the company and attempted to contact them through their website but have not received a response. My teeth have moved over the duration of this process. I am very disappointed with this company and highly recommend you avoid at all costs.

So ive worn retainers every day for 15 years as i get very stressed at the thought of my teeth moving. I decided to use retainer direct as an nhs appointment was 3 weeks and i thought this would be quicker. What followed was misery. i purchased the retainer kit on 10th november and heard nothing from them. I messaged them and they said would send again first class. It arrived on 20th november (10 days later), I took the photo and sent it off on the same day it arrived. Heard nothing back, so i messaged them on 27th for an update, got a reply 2 days later that been dispatched 1st class which was a lie cause they arrived 5 days later on 4th december. I put them in and they didnt fit. Bare in mind its been almost a month at this point so my teeth have moved. I send them a picture on the 5th and ask for a refund but they tell me theyll get back in a couple of days, its now 6 days later and i am no further. Ive been so stressed about my teeth that ive been dreaming about it. It cost me £70 and they wont give me a refund so im gonna have to go elsewhere. Ive honestly never been so disgusted with a company. They dont care and they are obstructive. Be warned this company is a one man band probably owned by a dentist who is busy with patients so DO NOT EXPECT GOOD AND CARING SERVICE. If i were you i would just go to the orthodontist or go nhs because it will be quicker than this god awful shambles of an incompetent company.

I required a smaller mould for my teenager and they assisted. The actual moulding process was easy and they provide spare putty if it goes wrong the first time. The retainers are good quality and cheaper than from the orthodontist.
