DO NOT USE. Twice attempted to buy a Valentino bag, both times stated couldn’t verify card and took the money out anyway. Very untrustworthy. Found on another sole trader £6 cheaper. To be avoided.

I'm sorry to hear you weren't able to complete your purchase. I have looked into this and can confirm there were some inaccuracies regarding your payment card.
When this happens the money is removed from your account (by the bank) and held until our payment merchant accepts the transaction. As this wasn't possible, the bank then returns the money to your account. In many cases, this will display as a 'pending' transaction on your online banking.
If, in the future, you decide to give us another chance, please contact us if you have issues and we'll do our best to help.

item I ordered was too big so sent it back the ordering and returning was dealt with brilliantly my only gripe would be the 12 quid it cost to have it sent then the cost to send it back,wheres the free return labels?its a designer shop with expensive items

What a first great experience I orderd the wrong size by mistake they even rang me to say they would keep the size I needed to one side as there was not many left soon as I return the wrong size they sent the right size to me straight away very fast delivery I will definitely be ordering from hear again great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sent faulty item and not responding
Send faulty items and customer service do not respond.
Purchased a pair of Valentino trainers online for £269, when they arrived they were faulty, I sent photos and requested a refund. They responded initially, agreeing the trainers were faulty and that I can refund them. When I requested further information on how to return them, they've stopped responding. I am now outside of the refund policy, £269 out of pocket and left with a faulty pair of trainers.
I don't usually complain but think it's disgusting considering the price of the purchase

Great experience
