No shipment and difficulties in contact making
I ordered a product, I paid in advance. I received an order confirmation, but the shipment was never fulfilled. No trustful replies on my inquiries, only automated answers, chatbots etc. I tried several channels - direct emails, website generated user mail, helpdesk chat. After a few weeks I received apologizing emails referring to a problem with their emailing system and saying that the product was out of stock. They told that they would ship when it is restocked, but it still did not happen for weeks. So I asked for a refund. The refund was sent me immeditely. So it was not a good experience overall, but since I first worried that they were a scam, now it seems they aren’t, or at least they repaid me.
