Bryan and the team has built is a team that has character, integrity, and skillset like no other. Bryan has helped me and countless others increase their skillset and mindset to higher levels.

His leadership is authentic and genuine. He truly cares about the people he works with and lays out a a clear framework to level up.

THE REAL DEAL NO FLUFF

Bryan and his team at Revenue Project have played a massive role in my growth as a high-ticket closer. The biggest difference for me has been how clear and data-driven everything is. I’m actually tracking my numbers now, and since working with them my close rate has gone up and my cash per show has increased in a very real, measurable way. $700k+ sold and counting...

I feel way more confident on calls because I understand the process, the psychology, and how small adjustments impact results. The methodology these guys lead with blends a perfect balance of the basics and the details. Nothing feels fluffy or theoretical — it’s all practical and immediately usable.

These guys know sales and leadership!

Bryan and the team will get you sharp!

Over 6 months on a new offer, I have closed $1.01MM in gross sales, with a 43.11% close rate.

At one point, I was at a 60.38% close rate and $4,430.19 in cash collected per-showed appointment.

After building a real estate team that currently generates over $70MM in annual sales, I made a pivot back into the high-ticket space for pure 'love of the game'.

Coming in, I was rusty to say the least.

Bryan and the team got me back into momentum right away.

Incredible leadership and extremely efficient with training.

These guys are absolute pros

These guys are absolute pros. I’ve personally been a part of two companies that they have helped scale their offer and am looking to hire them for a third. Blown away by the results, and by the culture that they create. Culture to me is almost more impactful than the immediate monetary results because if we have an atmosphere that is positive and reinforcing of all the individuals on the team we automatically do better as a company. I believe that is why they do so well. I’ve seen them scale multiple offers including the ones I’ve been apart of a speeds that I had to see to believe. Revenue project will definitely continue to be a team that I hope to bring into all my future offers, as I believe I’m leaving money on the table without them. Thanks for all you do!!!

Scaled us to $4m+ a month in sales

Bryan Ryu helped scale our platform to over $4m/mo and in total we did > $20m over the course of a year. Bryan is the best sales operator that I’ve ever met in the coaching space and he knows how to train teams to effectively close high ticket offers.

He was really knowledgeable - he taught our sales team new angles on how to close deals, and optimized the way we design our sales strategy, funnels and data tracking which improved our conversion rates from the low 20s to the mid 30s. It was effortless to communicate and he integrated seamlessly with my team to train them on best practices.

He also introduced me to various service providers that were able to add value in operations and marketing. I’ve had nothing but an awesome experience with Bryan and his team. Highly recommend!
