When looking up a phone number, the site gives a lot of pretty graphics and tells you what it is doing, allegedly. Then after several minutes you are asked to sign up for their subscription based service at rather a high cost when all you needed was 1 number lookup. This would not be an issue if they led with that information. If I was given the cost first I would not have wasted my time. I won't use this company on principal, hiding the cost while you waste time waiting for cute graphics to pretend to indicate something is being done.

I will suffer the one dollar trial offer and they withdrew from my account $60 two payments of $29 I had asked them to stop and they refuse they are still deducting funds from my card I find is highly unethical I told him to stop they will not stop

It is scam because it keeps on trying to take money out my account at £29 but I transferred the money from one account to a different account so they cannot get it out so I’ll contact my bank to block it

This way the customer is relieved of remembering date of cancellation and in the end has total control of his own destiny.
