I purchased services from ReviewGrow expecting legitimate review generation and delivery as advertised. After making payment, the service was never fulfilled.

There was no proper delivery of the reviews I paid for, and communication became inconsistent after payment was processed. I gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue, but it was not corrected.

This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to proceed with caution and ensure clear terms, documentation, and follow-up before making payment.

I engaged ReviewGrow to support the growth of my company’s Google review profile. From the outset, the process was clearly outlined and professionally managed. In terms of pricing, I found the service to offer solid value relative to the outcome. Overall, the experience was efficient and well-coordinated.

The reviews are good -- mentioning all the key details and keywords needed to support ranking. However, I paid 40% more for the "Google Local Guides" expecting these would be experienced guides. Nope.4 reviews in and none had a single review before reviewing me.

This is a massive red flag for Google to see 4 consecutive reviewers with no previous reviews. Plus, they all have very funky, clearly eastern European names and the reviews are all very formulaic.

On top of this 1 of the 4 reviews has already gotten filtered by Google. If too many get filtered, I could end up suspended or deranked. I just emailed them requesting no more reviews, and 20 minutes later... boom, another review shows up.

This all feels likely a one-man operation of just creating new Google accounts and blasting out reviews. Legit review providers hire in contractors with established Google account in your local area to do the reviews.

What stood out to me most was the communication. They were responsive and professional, and they delivered exactly within the timeframe promised. I’ve already seen positive impact on customer inquiries.
