great customer service

Customer service (Kevin) was a great help in getting my account upgraded when we had trouble. He was very friendly, patient and very responsive.

It is a great tool for ib students, I mainly used it for reviewing with past papers and predicted papers. Additionally, the ia and io tool feedback is great as well as for the tok essay and the exteded essay. In general i would strongly recomend buying revision dojo.

Overall the website is great and helped me a lot as an IB Student, and also the costumer service is amazing and kind - every time i had even a small problem i reached out and it was fixed very quickly. Definitely Recommend.

My son is currently doing the IB. He wanted to use Revision Dojo, as many of his friends had recommended it to him and it seems to be somewhat of a must-have for the IB.

We tried to subscribe yesterday, but I accidentally selected the wrong subscription period. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally. I received a refund for the incorrect subscription within just a few minutes, and we were able to sign up for the correct plan shortly afterwards.

So, in terms of customer service, a great experience so far.

I really love the diversity of learning tools; from lessons to notes and flashcards, I feel like I can really switch methods of understanding topics that suit my mood or a particular area. I can't watch the videos because I don't have pro but that's okay I still really enjoy everything that the Plus plan allows me to do!! I also really love chatting with Jojo and refining my IA plans with him, it's very helpful!

I have an irregular IBDP diploma and was unable to choose this on the website. I reached out to customer support and got an almost immediate response (<1hr) from a very helpful member of the team: Kevin. Kevin is very sweet and helpful and we all love Kevin. Me and my friend were both helped a lot by Kevin and we appreciate him very much. Thank you so much Kevin, we love you and are your biggest fans.

My daughter bought RD for her IB studies in physics and math. They were very helpful to her.
When she graduated, she forgot to cancel the subscription (typical!!) but RD customer service were super serviceminded and know young people are totally unfocused, so they refunded the payment and cancelled the program with a smile.

I had issues with my subject selection because im having an irregular diploma therefore i messaged on the support chat box and they replied within a few hours and rectified my choices immediately. its genuinely very pleasing. the question banks and the notes are very helpful and rlly helped me understand concepts easily, thank you so much.

I LOVEEEEEEE REVISIONDOJOOO. It was extremely helpful during my last minute ramps. Their notes are very clear and helped me remember the key points. And what I’m most thankful for is the IA marker. Even though the predicted scores they gave were overpredicted sometimes, the comments it gave were extremely useful. I used it to check my IA whenever I finished it for improvements that may boost my grade to the next level. There was one time it pointed out the wrong math equations in my Math IA that I didn’t even notice. It helped me go through my entire IBDP.

Revision Dojo has been helping, not only me, but all my classmates to achieve higher performance in class and IAs. The utilities of bots are completely useful, along with the support provided by past papers and the questionbank. Lastly, they were very supportive when me and my friends needed help with the servers due to us being unable to access some tools.

Excellent customer service
Being in the Netherlands, my package for IBDP cannot be accessed with the regular "IB package formula". When mentioned to the team, they answered fast, understood my issue and made an exception.
The other times I contacted them they always answered quick and efficiently. I recommend this website and app very much.

Good service and kind attention for solving issues

I got 24/25 in business IA.
However for ess IA revision dojo was completely off of the grading. I thought i would get at least 6 but got a 4. I was also very confident in it (even without checking revision dojo). Also the website kept lagging in terms of uploading my pdf to the pdf-note feature. Since it wouldnt let me upload anything, i gave up and never used it again. I would love to see a definition practice for all subjects. I appreciate the selling coursework and uni app feature as it would help a lot of people like it did to me. Best of luck.
