Revival Shots Avis 35

Saw these advertised on Instagram, and I got the tropical berry flavour electrolyte sachets. Now as I’m sure they hydrate and provide all the vitamins it advertises, it would be great if I could actually drink the water. If I’m being brutally honest, I would say the taste is absolutely horrible, I’ve had 3 sips and I’m just gonna poor out the water and bin the rest of the packets as I physically can’t drink it. Also by the looks of the other reviews the customer service is about as bad as the drinks so I won’t even attempt to get a refund I’ll just take it on the chin as a lesson learnt, stay away from the Instagram impulse buys.

Quite surprised at the negative reviews as I’ve used the company since they started and have only found them to be very professional and trustworthy.
I have been able to swap my subscription, pause cancel and restart with no fuss.
On one occasion my 30 box was short. A quick email to explain was replied to with apology and the replacements send by next day delivery. The packet also contained a couple extra of others flavours by way of apology.
Can’t fault them for customer service and as for taste, I find revival shots the most pleasing of all their competitors.

While I enjoy the drinks , I have been told another box of 30 are being sent just 2 weeks after the first box. I can't seem to be able to speak to anyone , I want to stop this subscription, every 2 weeks it's ridiculous. Really bad that I can't get in touch any way

Powder simply doesn’t work for me. Hasn’t made any difference to the hangover. And drinking it after my last pint of beer just meant I needed to get up and use the loo in the night so even worse than not taking them.

Great product- you do feel better afterwards.
I will use them before during and after drumming.
Not easy to open though! Could do with a redesign?
Then they would be brilliant and handy anywhere.
Scissors will not always be handy.

I love this product, tastes great and is by far the best product I’ve used for hangovers.
I’ve also had a little trouble with a package delivery, I contacted customer service and received an email within 12 hours so my experience was quite good. It would be a shame if bad customer service stopped people buying this product as like I said it’s great for over indulgence.

Do not deal with this company!!!! They will not refund your money. My partner returned a product and they are refusing a refund because it was not sent by a tracking service which the customer has to pay for. (it sent second class over 3 weeks ago)

Good product and good service. Ordered 30 statchets of the assorted flavours variant and applied for a subscription which promised a bottle. The package came in a reasonable time and the statchets and bottle came in the same package.

I was in need of electrolytes and after a google search, this brand rated highly. -clearly whoever authored the page had some sort of discount scheme or were paid in some way because the business received has been terrible. From product to contacting for help.

Product came in little sachets to add to water. I can confirm that the overly artificial flavouring and chemically strong taste made it so that after forcing 3 sips down me over a prolonged period (yes it is that bad), I simply couldn’t finish to even get a 1/4 through my glass. Far from! It was like tasting a school chemistry experiment gone wrong. So overly synthetic!

Upon contacting customer service, you are met with a smug male via email that suggests ‘I’ll highlight the concern to the company but I can tell you they won’t change anything anytime soon so… ?’. -I requested either a refund or replacement product and that was the response.
I offered to return the items as they have been untouched if they would provide postage (reasonable request) and this has been refused. So we are seemingly in a stalemate.

After requesting to communicate with a manager, in hope of some maturity, I have been suddenly faced with ignorance and seemingly am being forced to open a bank dispute.

Please save your time and money and 👉seriously👈 consider other brands. This has been problematic beyond belief and, being body and health conscious, I am concerned about the contents added to their products.
No professional company should behave as D_ _ _ _ _ has via email.

Disgusted and disappointed.

The company conned me into starting a subscription with the promise off a free water bottle. Needles to say the water bottle hasn't turned up.
With the customer service saying it was sent.
Still haven't received it and expect I won't. Very poor customer service.

Brilliant and super-fast service from customer support on an availability enquiry. Quick delivery once ordered. Couldn't fault them.

Buyers beware. Ok product, mildly overpriced. Terrible customer service. Daniel in customer services refused to issue a refund or resend the order when it failed to be delivered. Have had to take it up with the credit card company.

Easy to use and delicious hydration powder. Super convenient to carry on longer walks/hikes. Really recommend the watermelon flavour!
