5 star customer service, i have been buying my vinyl LP’s from revived vinyl records for about 4-5 years now as they have outstanding customer service and always have the latest pre order vinyl available, the guy who owns RVR is always helpful and knowledgeable about all things vinyl records and it’s also great to be part of the RVR facebook community.

Strange one as I never got the vinyl I ordered! But Gideon was so helpful throughout the process and bent over backwards to try and help. If the actual sales are as good as the customer service then I can’t imagine how well rated they must be!

I have been looking for a couple of vinyls for my daughter for Christmas and stumbled across Revived Vinyl Records website this evening. I emailed them as had a question and got a really prompt and professional response from Gideon. Unfortunately, one of the vinyls I wanted, was no longer available and Gideon kindly e-mailed me back and provided me with the details of another record website that he recommended, as he had already looked to see if they had available stock of the two vinyls I was after. This was going above and beyond and I was extremely appreciative and was disappointed that I couldn't provide revived vinyl records with my custom on this occasion. Their prices are so reasonable compared to other places I have looked and I would not hesitate to try and use them in the future.

I don't buy my vinyl from anywhere else. It's like having your own personal record shop, where not only can you request albums, but Gideon will let you know when he is getting something which he considers might be of interest. You can stash multiple orders, so free postage when you reach £50. 

I've honestly never dealt with a better online record shop than Revived Vinyl Records. Great communication, amazing choice, cannot do enough for you! Just do it, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve placed numerous orders with RVR, service is impeccable. Believe me I’m a moaning faced git. I’ve received damaged records from almost every shop I buy from but not this company. The records are packaged properly and a bonus plastic sleeve on each record for free. Great communications and prices.
