Happy repeat customer
After placing my order, I received a call from Manuel to confirm acceptability of replacing original cameras with an upgraded unit due to out of stock inventory. There was no charge and this expedited shipping date. Very good product and service. This is the fourth camera system I purchased over the years with satisfactory reliability and tech support.

Tech support was great to work with
Tech support was great to work with, with my new wireless cameras. My new security system was easy to set up by myself. I like the features my new system has to offer. My new system replaces a 12 year old Revo system that worked very well but I was ready for an up to date system. Very satisfied with RevoAmerica. I would recommend Revo Products to anyone in the market for a security system.

Forgot to ship on 11th. Then lied to me and said it did ship on 11th. FedEx is time stamped 26th, the day after I inquired. Mistakes happen, but don't treat me like a fool. Own up

First you sent me the wrong cameras…
First you sent me the wrong cameras with no audio which is what I ordered and paid for. So then you sent me the right cameras, but there was no return label for the other cameras. I got the second set of cameras installed and now I have no playback, which is what I’ve ordered and paid for, not happy
