Revo America Avis 

I own a medium sized college bar and having cameras is almost a must.
I've used Revo systems for 10 years now starting with the small set I first bought at my local Sam's club.
Recently I've replaced my old equipment with one of their HD systems.
Set up was a breeze.
A few months later one of the cameras quit working and they had it replaced almost overnight. Their tech support and sales people are super helpful and easily accessible.
I've looked at a lot of other systems out there and Revo is hard to beat for their selection, performance, and ease of set up. Anyone with basic DIY skill can be up and running all on their own in little time.

The support line was easy to access. Less waiting time, less than 3 min waiting time.

To get a reset code was a easy process. Some vendors take days to do this.

The user manual was not good, but the support team save the day. Please keep up the good work.

Nice little 2 camera kit packaged so neatly and for a great price. This is the second Revo system I've bought. Real happy with first system but I have had 2 cameras quit working and Revo exchanged 1 of the 2. I sent a email when I ordered this kit to get a replacement camera and never received a return email and the last camera they did replace was supposed to be a bullet as agreed in a phone conversation but they sent me a dome camera.I have called for support, left a message and never received a call back? Maybe Revo cant get any employees?

These guys never answer the phone and customer service is bad. I needed to return a camera and I was given a RMA number and never received the email that was promised!!! I would give them a negative star if I could

Poor battery performance, will not last eight hours. Yes I know detection has a lot to do with battery performance, but I tried the cameras isolated just to prove a point. Poor design in charger hook up.

Have had problems with recording for over a month. Was contacted by Monica Aleman and told I needed a new hard drive, that I could install. So I did, still the same problem out $300 and now Monica Aleman won’t respond to my emails.

I've had REVO cameras for almost 10 years and have upgraded my system with them mainly because of their great service.

So far 5 stars. Very easy to replace an older system. It’s been plug and play. Cameras are incredibly good viewing quality.

The cameras are good and the DVR is good. Revo replace several faulty cameras I had., but I’ve always had trouble with them sending me the correct cords and connectors. This is the second Revo system I’ve had. I have issue with my Revo cloud not having any storage or the option to purchase storage. But the real problem I have with Revo is their system only works with Internet explorer. What’s going to happen to my security system when that dinosaur browser goes extinct?

Great pictures quality. Easy to review

REVO is still the best for my security purposes. I love their products. I only give 4 stars because it was a little scary when I ordered online and the third party did not give me a confirmation code for my order which made me keep trying to charge it again and again. I could not reach anyone by phone but I did leave a message and they did cancel the other two charges of $599 and send me a confirmation of my purchase.

I have been dealing with Revo for five years and have nothing but good things to say .Great customer service and product knowledge.
