I purchased this pillow to help relieve lower back pain and sciatica pain. First off it took a long time to receive the pillow and that frustrated me. When the pillow finally arrived I tried it out for one week. During this period I experienced no relief but continued to use it for another week. I contacted the company and stated that the pillow was not working and wanted a refund. I received a return email stating the warranty period for this pillow was 6 months and to give it more time !! I kept using the pillow for a month with no beneficial results and decided to contact the company again !! In my estimation, the pillow was a total failure !! The compony responded with two options for a return and refund. Option 1 was a refund minus the shipping charge and I would have to return the pillow. The shipping charge was 1/2 the cost of the pillow !! The second option was they would refund me 1/2 the cost of the pillow and I would not have to ship it back !! I feel this is a total scam because they stated in the original ad that this pillow was 100% refundable !! They scam you by making you pay for return shipping or receiving only 50% of your cost !! That is not a 100% refund !! I say do not buy this pillow, that does not work, from a scam company !!! Not worth the time and effort !!!! No pain relief !!!!

Took forever to get here from China!

Got it finally today. Took months long to get here. I hope it even works now. Ugh!!

You replied below that “my pillow arrived”…lol. I didn’t order a pillow or did I get one. I ordered the patch and customs was not the 1st delay, you ran out of the advertised packaging 1st and that took an extra month then the China delay! So stop lying and making excuses!

I would not order from this company

I would not order from this company! It has been one month since I placed the order and still have not received my items. I have reached out several times and continue to get told by Lia to “have no worries that my order is on its way”. I have explained over and over that I ordered something for pain and that it should not take over a month to receive this. If I was ordering a t shirt for fun then it wouldn’t be an issue; but this is something for pain and it has been one month. I will be taking further action against this company!

Why couldn’t I have paid shipping…

Why couldn’t I have paid shipping charges when I ordered the product? It was a total waste of my time to have to go to the Post Office. Don’t like having my time wasted. Going to let my Military friends know how you operate.

I’ve always been a side sleeper

I’ve always been a side sleeper. Used any pillow I could find to support my legs. I love your product, mostly because it stays in place regardless of my moves thru the night. It is extremely comfortable and I wake up with no pain. Thank you for this wonderful pillow. I will promote it with my family and friends.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I placed an order on February 7th, it is now March 6th, and I have received nothing. The last tracking information was February 21 and then there’s nothing after that. I did email the company on March 3 inquiring about my order, and that I just wanted a refund and they never emailed me back so I started to claim with my credit card company today to dispute the charge. I don’t recommend buying from them at all…. UPDATE: After emailing the company I got no response so on March 6, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. The next day(4 days after my email to them), March 7, I received an email stating that February’s packages had experienced some delays and that they were resending a new one. I had specifically stated in the previous email that I just wanted a refund, because by this time I had moved on and bought something else. On March 20th, one day shy of six weeks from ordering this, I received this package. I am not accepting the package, of course, and I will be returning to sender.

Such a disappointment

Such a disappointment.
Thought this might be the answer to my back problems but when it eventually arrived ( from china I think) it was a complete waste of time and money. It squashes completely flat so is pointless as the position of my legs is unchanged. Also the strap can’t be adjusted so for me slides about!
Very disappointed. Trying to see how to return as it’s useless. Have emailed but I’m not holding out much hope as a previous email was not answered.

I'm now pain free

I ordered and it came very quickly.
I'm very pleased with the Revoget cushion, almost from the first time that I used it I was pain free.
I have continued and am still free of any pain. It definitely works.

Product not worth it

I saw an ad for the knee pillow and thought it looked great so, I placed an order Dec 13. It supposedly shipped Dec 15 and it finally arrived Jan 7. I did reach out to the company and they said, "Our logistics partners let us know that the batch containing your order was pulled aside for a standard customs check. These inspections are completely normal and happen randomly, but they can take an unpredictable amount of time to clear." I honestly think it's a sham. They probably purposely hold off on shipping so customers are unable to successfully request a charge-back on their credit card or complete a return.

My pillow was shipped from California. There's no way individually ordered knee pillows are being sent from Asia as that would prove way too expensive a venture for Revoget to stay profitable.

Anyway, the pillow is "meh." Save your coin.

Placed my order on 25th November and received tracking number and obviously order number but neither of these numbers are any use in tracking my parcel. I've emailed twice and despite assertions they'd reply within 24 hours - nothing!!!

After a spinal fusion I was diagnosed with an angry nerve.

After a spinal fusion I was diagnosed with "an angry
nerve" by a Doctor after an unpleasant test. Given no "how to deal with it advice", and waking many times at night even on a sleeping pill. I tried using a regular pillow and when I saw the Revoget
pillow ordered right away and I would say it has helped me so much and I ordered one for a friend and tell others. Please give it a try, great customer service.

I ordered this product online the next morning I trying to cancel it there is no website that's up and running I can find no phone number anything you can do is send an email which I did so if I do not get a response when the charge hits I'm going to dispute it there is no way to stop this to talk to anybody

What a let down

What a let down after waiting two weeks for the delivery.

When I received the pillow I noticed that in the photos and the video - from the calf down to the feet are not showing in either. I also see two pillows being used to even out the legs and feet into a cushioned parallel of legs and feet. Having only one pillow does not fully accomplish the goal , and can mess with the lower half of the leg without proper support. To return it, I've been offered a 50% refund to keep it or for a full refund send it back to Spain. This pillow is not worth the trouble - oh and I now see you can buy them at big box stores for a fraction of the cost. Run don't walk from this item.

Many of our customers actually use the pillow successfully without additional support on the lower part of their leg and have found great relief. We've also seen lots of customers purchase two pillows - one for between the knees and another for the ankles - which provides that full leg alignment you mentioned in the photos. We totally get that it might feel different at first! We usually encourage our customers to give it at least 14 days because there's often an adjustment period. What we've learned from thousands of customers is that most people who stick with it end up getting used to it and find it really starts helping with their pain and sleep quality.
