Sie behaupten mit höheren vip level steigt der abhebelimit was auch gelogen ist. Ich habe mehrere 1000 euro gespielt und der vip level bleibt ab 1/3 stehen. Ich war auf 2000 euro und konnte nur 500 euro abheben. Finger weg!

I won €1,601 at Revolution Casino and immediately requested a withdrawal. Only €500 was paid out – the remaining €1,101 is still missing despite several follow-up messages. I had already requested account deactivation in writing on May 31, 2025. Despite that, I was still able to deposit over €500 afterwards – a serious breach of the casino’s own responsible gambling policy. As soon as I won again, the account was suddenly closed and my balance voided without explanation.

Customer support is vague or non-responsive. I’ve now filed formal complaints with the relevant data protection authority, the casino’s licensing body, and CasinoGuru.

Pongono un limite di 500€ al gg per le richieste di prelievo. Si prendono dai 3 ai 5gg per pagare.
In realtà a parte la prima richiesta, tutte le richieste successive fatte con tutti i sistemi da loro proposti non sono andati a buon fine. Dovendo ripetere le richieste di prelievo non andate a buon fine ti riportano il countdown dall’inizio.
Inutile interpellare l’assistenza perché quei poveri ragazzi che rispondono non hanno nessun potere decisionale! Rispondono sempre con frasi fatte e tamponando l’attesa con sempre la stessa scusa ovvero che hanno un surplus di lavoro che giustifica il ritardo. Peccato perché la piattaforma è ben fatta ma chi sta a capo di essa a quanto pare non si fa scrupoli a prendere in giro i propri clienti!
