As with everyone else, DO NOT BUY!!!! This company is shady. I didn’t realize these were handmade and had told the company that I needed it by a certain date and was told no problem. Well now they won’t have it until after that date. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very skeptical but got a fabulous wig

I thought that I was ordering my wig from an American based company. However, after I ordered it, I learned that it was actually a foreign company. I became skeptical and read some reviews which did not reassure me at all. I decided to cancel the order and sent an email. I didn’t really expect a response and resigned myself to receiving a cheaply made expensive wig. I was very surprised when the next morning I got an email from the company. The email said that they were sorry I wanted to cancel my order and asked if I would tell them why. I responded that I had read some negative reviews and was worried that I would receive a poorly made wig in the wrong color. They responded and reassured me that the wig I would be of excellent quality wig in the exact color I wanted. They also said that they would expedite the making of the wig and the shipping. I decided to go ahead with the order. The company stayed in close communication with me and within 10 days they informed me that my wig was ready for shipping. They also let me know when it was the way. I received it about 10 days later. As soon as I unpacked it, I realized that every promise the company made to me was fulfilled. The quality of the wig was excellent and the color was perfect. I was thrilled. Rewigs is a professional, well run company with excellent customer service. They are a pleasure to work with and obviously listened carefully to my initial concerns. I plan to order another wig very soon.

I wish I had checked deeper into this company before I purchased one of their wigs. The wig I ordered was a disappointment to say the lease. The return/exchange policy states the customer is responsible for the cost of returning their product. That is understandable. HOWEVER, when I was finally able to speak with a customer service rep, I was informed that the factory is in China which means that I would have to pay for shipment there. WHAT!?!? Even though I am not at all satisfied with the wig nor the cost to return it, the only offer I received was a 20% refund (big woop). I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Please DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They are a total rip off. The company is located in China. I received the product very casually packaged, not even a box. The product is very poor condition and the hair keeps falling out and the hair line looks really unnatural. I email them to try get my money back, they reply me below that:

It also state that: (please contact our customer service department to ask for the right returning address, the address on you parcel is not our returning address and all wrong or missed returning will be your responsibility) hope you can understand!
if you don't want to keep it, you can return it back, after we receive your package, we will give you a full refund, ok?
or we can give you 50% as compensation, you need not to spend more to return it.do you accept?

Please make sure that all the items will be in no used state. Please write down your name and your order number on a piece of paper and post it together with the item, then send all the items back via royal mail and give us the tracking number. Please mark the value on the package as £20, or the parcel will be detained by customs. (please don’t use DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT)

Two wigs were not useable. Wrong color. Wrong size. Hair sewn into a freaky style.

These people are quick to take your money but getting it back is a different story.
Rewig steals the photos of celebrities from legitimate wig sites and posts their pictures on their site so you are thinking you are getting a beautiful name brand wig when in fact the wig doesn’t even look remotely like what you ordered nor is it authentic.
I’m still trying to get my money back. I got my bank involved and they are investigating. I kept all my receipts and any information/proof I have so when it comes time I have the burden of proof. I sent that hot mess back and it’s still stuck in customs in China since 8-11. Unbelievable! If you are tired of getting ripped off, don’t buy anything here. It’s easier to get a brain transplant than get your money back from here. Even tho Sarah is polite and very nice, not worth the headache.

I looked at my PayPal receipt and the name of the company was in Chinese. This is not a US based company. The wigs are advertised as Raquel Welch wigs, yet I emailed the company and was told they hand make the wigs. The wig they sent is a poor wuality mess.

Please do not buy anything from this company. They are a total rip off. The company is located in China. When you go to return an item, you need to pay international shipping and handling fees. By the time all said and done you will loose about 30% of your money. They are so uncooperative also. This is a scam. Beware

I have cancer and needed a nice wig. When it arrived, it looked NOT like the photo. It falls all over your face and has a white stitch that shows if you try to fix it.
They never tell you, but the return address is in China!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!

The pretend to be in the UK. Nope, it's Chinese. Instead of the human hair wig I had ordered for £136 I got a cheap hideous synthetic gosplay wig weirdly styled.
It just a scam. I was able retrieve money back with my bank. Avoid this site and don't trust any of their promises!

I purchased a wig from this dubious company costing me more than $247. The wig I received was a poor example of what you can call a wig. Wrong colour, wrong size, didn't even fit my young daughter's head. Moreover while combing it with a wig comb, the strands started falling out. The quality was junk. The "mop" was orange in colour and it was definitely not human hair as described on their website. I opened up a case with PayPal and the seller offered me a refund of $56 which I refused. Paypal sided up with the seller unfairly and closed my case. Shame on PayPal for dealing with such dubious companies and allowing the client to get cheated, eventually I threw out the wig as it fitted neither my nor my young daughter's head. This company is based in some remote area in China and not in the UK or the US.
Please do not deal with this company, you will regret it.

I purchased what seemed to be 2 beautiful wigs, needless to say, they were everything but. They made it very difficult finding out how to return them. No phone numbers. You only communicated through email. I paid $28 to ship them back however, they are supposedly held up at customs. (So far at least a month) I am told it will cost them too much to get them released so, they will return them to me in 2-3 months. Can you believe that? I have been scammed! Please learn from my mistake. $324 down the drain!

If I could give zero stars i would wig came nothing like picture of one I ordered.They keep £35 off your money If you send back and it costs £20 to send back and they come from China does mot say this on there site please avoid do not buy from this site reviews are all fake AVOID AVOID AVIOD

300 USD no order received filed a paypal dispute after 30 days requested 100% refund. Ordered on 4/9/21 items never shipped
