I paid for two R36PLUS game consoles and never received the items or a refund them. I was scammed by this company twice.

I bought a R36PLUS in November 2025 for black Friday. I received one email from their HQ that they oversold and could not provide enough stock. I enquired through multiple emails asking when I would receive it, I never received a responce. I am in recovery so while I was waiting to hear back I bought another in January 2026 for my wellbeing, a good distraction. This order also never was shipped to me. I enquired again about both R36PLUS orders and never heard from one single team member. At this point, I have been scammed twice. I paid and never received the items and never received a refund for my two orders.

Full blown scam. Ordered product, chased several times with no response. Raised charge back with bank after around a month of silence which they are now trying to dispute. Ridiculous the audacity. I hope someone sees these review before ordering anything from this website. You will be wasting your time and money.

Scam ordered took money so update not delivered emailed via website + shop no reply no way to get money back avoid at all cost

I ordered on March 4th. It is now April 10th. Sent numerous emails and not 1 reply. Though Shopify I can see they still not send the ordered items R36s.
Think it is a scam.

Ordered a r36s game console. Have had no tracking updates . Have been on website to track order put in order number and email it just says can not find order . Have email the company twice so far and no reply. Have had to go to bank to try and get my money back .

I ordered a console from this company after 2 weeks I got no tracking or delivery information. I emailed them 10+ times and never got a reply. I requested a refund. No reply. THIS IS A FAKE SCAM COMPANY! AVOID!

It's a scam, no reply to emails, no refund and no product arrived , the website needs taking down otherwise people are going to lose money 😔

If i could -5 stars i would.
Ordered in November, as of 25th January, no console, refund or response to emails. Shop app has been showing tracking status as "waiting for details" since December.
