Service was brilliant from start to finish. Securing a mortgage for us just before we went into lockdown. Then our product was removed from market and our mortgage offer was due to expire before we could complete. Rachel worked hard to ensure we could get an extension for our existing product despite the market pulling 95% ltv mortgages.
