I started with their NAD+ and Glutathione and both have made significant improvements in my overall well being. I have since added a few others but have co-workers who have also started using RHO.

At the end if the day it’s about expectations and RHO has more than met mine

I am almost finished with my third bottle of rho nutrition Liposomal Curcumin +Resveratrol and there has been no improvement in my health as advertised for this product. In addition, this product has a disgusting taste. I continued to take even with the awful taste in hopes that it would be worthwhile eventually. Sadly that was not my experience.

Can’t trust their sales. They’re jacking up prices and slapping a 45% Black Friday sale sign on it just to come out to what it was priced a few months ago originally when I bought it. Total shady business tactics. Not sure if I can trust their products too anymore after they just pulled this scam.

I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription when ordering initially. I saw that another shipment was going to be sent, and my bank account was charged $119. I immediately emailed the company, as the shipment had not actually shipped yet, and said please stop the shipment and refund me. They refused to do so saying that it had already “processed” even though it hadn’t shipped. I figured I had to leave it at that and just make sure the subscription was canceled for the future.
10 days later, I realized I never received the product, and was also not refunded. I went to the tracking number in the shop app and it said it couldn’t be found. So this company just stole $119 from me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Average products but high pressure subscription model and almost impossible to cancel.

Such a horrible company. Refuse to cancel order that i didnt place. Refused to refund, had to go through bank. Told me they shipped my order to a different address in a different state and there was nothing they could do about. Told me I should contact the person it was shipped to lol. Are you kidding me? After that was fixed they still screwed me on an order charging me for 4 products I didnt want. Go somewhere else. The dose on every product is waaaay low anyways, please spend your money elsewhere. This company is garbage

TERRIBLE customer service. I have been trying to login to my account to cancel subscription and not getting verification email and cannot access account and cannot cancel subscription. I have sent inquiries via contact form 20+ times with ZERO response.

I placed an order on 9/30 and as of 10/8 the product still has not shipped. I reached out to Customer Service on 10/6 requesting a refund and received this response:

"Please be advised that our packages may take up to 7 business days to be delivered.
Sometimes carriers may take some time to update their tracking package, but I can confirm this package has left our facility and is in transit to your destination!
We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. If the tracking number does not update until Thursday, a new replacement order will be sent to the address via FedEx 2 day."

I checked tracking again it had not shipped. This company is a joke! Don't waste your money!

Beside the fact that they're NAD+ supplement uses the form that's not shown to be most effective in research...

I have bought 4 different products from this company with a negative experience every time due to their aggressive subscription approach, which includes a cancellation protocol that does not work.

Even when attempting to purchase without a subscription, there are a number of hurdles that must be taken to deactivate.

Once subscribed, you get a notice that your package will ship in thin two days and you can cancel in the interim. To do so, you must request a code which they claim will be sent in email. Why this is necessary is suspicious enough. And then the code never arrives. Even after requesting 20 times. No, it wasn't in my spam folder.

This time, I sent an email to their customer service within the two day timeframe and within minutes my credit card was charged for the purchase. And customer service replied a day later that it was cancelled and all good.

I haven't received the product after two weeks. It got stuck in a shipping warehouse with no updates to tracking for over a week. The shipper committed to and then changed delivery dates multiple times. Rho Nutrition customer service was unhelpful. They made a commitment to ship another if the package didn't arrive on a specific date and then didn't honor that commitment when it didn't. This company does not prioritize customer service. There's no means to call for help. As a consumer, you have options, so choose a company that will meet its commitments.

I purchased Liposomal Vitamin C (3 pack – $88.97). Two bottles arrived leaking due to shipping damage. The company replaced them, but when I tried the product, it was overloaded with sweeteners and tasted terrible — completely unusable.

I then requested to return the 3 unopened bottles. Their own website clearly states:

30-Day Return Policy for unopened products, and

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee for 1 opened product.

Despite this, Rho Nutrition refused and only offered to refund 1 bottle total. This is contradictory, misleading, and unfair.

Customers should be very cautious: their Vitamin C tastes bad due to excessive sweeteners, and their return policies are not honored in practice.

Subscription model is a scam. Tried to cancel before it’s shipped and they refused to cancel

I like the product. However, their subscription practices smack of doing business with shady overseas thieves. Whatever you do, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to save until you KNOW you want to do that. Getting out of it sends you into a maze of craziness. I'm so frustrated, I will find an alternative source for this. It's not THAT good a product.

very easy to take and the supplements aid in preventing diseases like cancer and diabetes.
rid your body of toxins and feel and look younger.
Its about living longer and preventing illnesses.
Love my Rho stack. I just turned 60 and no one believes me, I look so much younger. My skin and hair are looking better and I'm getting back my elasticity in my skin.
I use NAD, resveratrol and glutathione. Mix with a bit of OJ and you are set.

Ordered 250 dollars worth of nothing. Almost 2 weeks and still no product. Its been listed as out for delivery by carrier for 6 days.........its not coming. They say nothing they can do because its in carriers hands. I asked for an imm. Reship or refund. They say we can't do either because its in carriers hands. I am contacting bank monday to dispute. Total b.s. too many reputable companies out there to do biz. With. *UPDATE* 17 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO PRODUCT!! I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A
REFUND. I filed a dispute with my credit union. WORD OF ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WHATEVER IT IS..CERTAINLY NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS.

Made the mistake of not reading the fine print when ordering the 3 month supply. I ordered 2 products, 3 month supply of each. Tried taking for a few weeks and got a headache every day I took it. Contacted them and they offer a 1 bottle refund. Spent $256, received a $49 refund. Fancy marketing and packaging but I'm sure you can find better quality and service at your local GNC or supermarket. Do not recommend.

Ordered one month of the NAD, when the order completed I realized they'd added an additional month. I contacted them by email, immediately!

I was told, even though the order was just placed and not even processed, let alone shipped, that they cannot cancel an order or even the incorrect part.

So could not give me a refund.

Don't order. Never take the subscription . It will be impossible to cancel after. This company is a scam. I've tried to cancelled several times my subscription and it's impossible. They keep taking money in my account and nobody reply. Please never order to this company. 🙏🏼order 193847

It's a good thing I'm the first one on here to make a review. Absolutely horrible customer service from this company. The company will not work with you to correct any errors and just defer to their policy and still take your hard earned money while not giving you the product. Many other supplement companies out there that can be trusted...so to speak. Go with them. Not RHO nutrition
