This company is local and consistent with their prices, staying near MSRP for most products. Furthermore, they have great customer service and are quick to respond to questions! I would highly recommend!! I hope they can open a physical store soon!!!

Cancelled my preorder then had stock up on their website! Beware these small businesses are only in it for the money. My pre order was cancelled because they knew they could make an extra $100 selling it after release.

We understand your frustration and been with you every step of the way to clarify to situation.
We have been in contact with you directly and provided detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. Since your bank account details were changed after the transaction, we are legally unable to resend the funds to your new account. For security and compliance reasons, funds must be returned to the original account on record.
After sharing this information with you, we also took the extra step of contacting Shopify Support ourselves to ensure everything was handled correctly. Shopify confirmed that the funds were successfully processed and received by your original bank.
We provided you with screenshots and the official transaction reference number as evidence that the refund was correctly and legally issued. At this point, the only step needed was for you to contact your bank and request the funds be redirected or rewired to your new account.
We always try our best to fix any problems that causes inconvenience to our customer.
