The product quality is poor, and I received defective items with shoddy stitching. Out of the eight pieces I ordered, six were finished with extremely poor workmanship. Although I reported this to customer service, they flatly refused to accept any returns or exchanges. While their website advertises a 30-day return policy, they claimed they could not honor it because the items were on sale—despite the fact that these were brand-new arrivals. I paid over $200 in a single transaction, only to receive shoddy goods shipped all the way from China. Everyone, please be careful!

We ordered a pendant from my son to his grandmother at the end of January and despite various emails it still didn’t arrive. I’ve now been asking for a refund for the past fortnight with excuses from their customer service team to give them time.

Very cheap (sweatshop) clothes. Sizing is completely off, and to return for a refund they claim its environmental impact is wasteful. As if they give af about that they’re just quickly selling you awful merchandise and refusing to take it back. I will have to dispute the transaction with American Express and hopefully get a refund. Hopefully myself and the rest of the customers who fell for this scamming company disputing transactions will shut down the operation. What a joke.

If I could give a zero minus I would!!!!!! Absolutely horrible company!!! I ordered over 2 weeks ago, still shows it hasn't shipped with one excuse after another. My son is leaving for the military so I tried to cancel and they refused. I will be taking it up with my CC company. If you like great customer service and a great experience.....DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY as you may never receive your items! The customer service is terrible! I told them I wanted a refund and they said it had shipped, when I asked for a tracking number they could not provide one. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I strongly advise against ordering from this shop! The products are of the lowest quality, yet the prices are ridiculously high. As soon as you realize that the items are not worth the money and try to return them, the real trouble begins: No customer service, no refund, just excuses!

They try to keep you quiet with small discount offers, but they completely refuse real returns. This is a scam! If you order here, you risk wasting your money on low-quality products that you can’t even return.

Be careful and shop elsewhere – this store is nothing but a rip-off!

One star is a lot for them. Their products are always on sale, so they don’t do a refund for anyone. No one should buy from this website, I paid 100 euros for a trash quality and as they said they can’t do a refund. Very bad quality, with a very bad service.

Worst quality ever. They dont even have a label on the sweater. I paid £40 pounds for a sweater that is not worth £10. Just a scam

Please avoid this website. They take your money for clothes then you will never hear back from them or get a refund. I also found the exact same picture of a t-shirt they were selling on Amazon. Please report this website before it happens to someone else. They also notified me twice saying it was out for delivery then when I got in touch with one of the scammers who works there, they the claimed that it was on the way to the UK rather than on the way to my house. Ricardoricci is a complete scam. PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS!

They take money for cool clothes and then disappear. They don’t respond to emails about clothes. It’s a scam.

SCAM AND THIEFS

Once they have been caught stealing and engaging in criminality, and have to deal with refunds, they just went and changed the website (ricardoricci.store) and think that they will get away with this. I have sent this information to the Center for Consumer Protection so that we can get our money back and those guys can get caught with their criminal activities! Those guys are just unbelievable! Stealing someone’s name to sell fake clothes and steal money from people!!

Please read the letter below. This is regarding order that we placed and got crappy things in return.

We placed this order on Friday, June 7, 2024 at 12:36:51 PM, but we did not receive the package until July 2.

When we opened this package, we were very disappointed because the product is not made of linen as stated on their website, but of a very cheap, plastic-like fabric.

Their website (rivanoricci.com) indicates that these shirts are from the Ralph Lauren brand: there is an incorrect logo on the shirt, and there is no label at all indicating that it is from this brand.

This seems like a big scam.

We have emaild them and said that would like our money back for this order as soon as possible before we go to the Center for Consumer Protection, but their email adress is also scam. Every email that i have sent to them have come back to me als not deliverable email.

Realy! It's unbelievable that thay can scam people like that! Thiefs!!!
