Disappointed

I purchased what was advertised as a hoodie and it turned out to be just a t-shirt. I paid for expedited shipping and item did not arrive within estimated dates. This was a valentines gift for my partner and I was just very disappointed that it was not the hoodie which is the only reason I purchased it. The quality seems good but everything was poor.

Awful quality and customer service.

Absolutely awful quality and upon requesting return and refund, I was asked to submit images of the product. After completing this request and sending various images I then failed to receive any further communication. Despicable and disgusting behaviour from a professional company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

SCAM SITE BEWARE!! It’s an Asian owned scam business. If you want to risk it at least pay by PayPal as you can lodge a dispute and get a refund when you don’t hear from them or receive the item.

I paid for express shipping

I paid for express shipping. I had to WAIT A MONTH for it to come when I paid for 5 day shipping. The jacket was NOT an extra large. My kiddo can wear it and it was a GIFT FOR AN ADULT. Whoever is in charge of emails sucks. It took DAYS to respond. You guys need to do better. I'd prefer my money back over this.

Bad quality/False advertising

The shirt was misprinted and appeared much different than advertised. It also looked/felt significantly cheaper in person. They did not respond when I requested a refund.

I ordered 2 t shirts on Nov 24 and paid for fast shipping and haven't received them yet. My order was made in China, which is disappointing because I thought seco was an American made brand. Probably won't order again.

Wasn't as advertised.

Wasn't as advertised. Logo online was most of the front of the shirt. Mine was a small, very logo. Not satisfied at all. Really looked forward to wearing it. Now it's deemed for sleep use only. Won't make that mistake again.

I ordered a hoodie and a t- shirt and I got a T-shirt and a sweatshirt not a hoodie. Thanks The company said they would make my order right so I should change my review but nothing ever happened so they still suck!!

Very disappointed in this shirt

Very disappointed in this shirt. Was basically a big iron on decal, on a very cheap material shirt. Don’t know if you contracted this shirt to a second manufacturer? But low quality work

Shipment took a long time

Shipment took a long time. Also the graphic doesn't look like the picture where the edges are faded into the shirt. Looks like someone just slapped on the picture with an iron.

Print quality lacking detail

The hoodie quality could be better, however the main thing that I'm upset with is the lack of quality in the print, specifically the detail of the print being vastly different from the pictures on their website, and the colors being a bit dull, the design I had ordered had flowers on it for example, and about half of each flower is just not even showing up on the hoodie I had ordered, please do better on your prints, as the price was a bit steep to begin with.

Uneasy at first...

Bad print

Quick shipping and good quality t-shirt. The print on the t-shirt is really bad. The kind that would get destoryed really quickly and makes you scared of washing it. I would not recommend unless the print changed. For the price, I expected better.
