Natalie went above and beyond when we were in the process of buying a property through Richard James estate agents. Her exceptional customer skills made us feel like we were in safe hands throughout the whole process - nothing was too big/small a problem for her to help us with. It was a pleasure working with Natalie and would highly recommend her to others.

Exceptional estate agency that has spoiled us for all others. Not only immensely efficient and flexible, they stayed in there in these most difficult times with not the slightest drop in energy and commitment from day one until they sold our house for as good as the asking price. They provided many more viewings than any of the agencies we used previously and asking Richard James to take sole agency was the best decision we could have made. Natalie, James and Richard are wonderful people who made it a personal mission to help us get what we wanted. Even after the sale, Natalie has been incredible helping with the legal and logistical issues that are involved to help exchange contracts and close. We cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are lucky enough to have Richard James available, grab the best and forget the rest !

Our sale was handled by Natalie - the most efficient and incredible agent I've ever met. Natalie has quite the fan club among my extended family for how well she looked after us and secured us the loveliest buyer we could have hoped for for our home. Richard James's customer service, knowledge and professionalism goes above and beyond. I'm just sad that we'll be moving away from the area and won't get to use them again in future. Recently, we both bought and sold houses through Richard James.
Having originally listed pre-pandemic, we decided to move in late Summer 2020. Natalie took the listing and had a number of potential purchasers booked within a week. She was always Covid safe and we received and asking price offer after the first weekend.
By talking with the rest of her team, she knew exactly what we were looking for and immediately let us know when properties came up. One was under Richard and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for.
No purchase is without hiccups and Richard was amazing throughout, keeping the stress away from both sides and always thinking of ways to bring things to a conclusion.
What makes the difference is that everyone who works there are lovely people and professional. Neither Richard nor Natalie made us feel like we were bugging them, no matter what time of the day we would speak.
