-It's not possible to reach the speed specified on the website. Max speed is only 41 km/h.
-The fork suspension is making cracking noises and wobbling.
-I have not received a reply to my email.
-Battery and range are good.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this bike.

Ridstar is good, but communication is terrible.
The ebike is spectacular and justifies the price. I've already done 150 km with it and so far everything is fine.
The worst thing is not responding to emails and not providing tracking on time.

Very easy and rapid process of getting the required items with the mentioned quality. At the same time I couldn't found the brakes pads from any other online store. So I think it is not easy to get it except from the company website.

My product is decent, the issue is details
My product is decent, the issue I have is that it isnt quite as described. i knew small details would be different as they had warned me but here are some fairly important changes. That, and the company is a little irregular in their response times. If they reply at all.
Other than that the bike I ordered is good value for the money.

I want to thank the honesty in dealing and informing me from the moment I ordered the electric bike. I could see all its movements from the time it left until it arrived at my house. I was never worried. Since its arrival until now, I have been using it and I am very happy. The bike is practical, strong and can withstand weather conditions. Its specifications are very excellent. Thank you for the more than excellent service.
