Bought a kids bunk bed ,table and chairs out in the fonthill store. Mark helped us that day and he was brilliant. Great value for money . Bed got delivered about 3 weeks later which was fantastic nice and quick . Mick and Rob delivered the bed they where great lads nice and quick and efficient. Later that day Victor came out to assemble the bed and was done in 2 hours . Absolutely fantastic service to have . Great bunch of people couldn't be happier

Only went out for bread and milk
We only popped into Rightstyle Furniture in the fonthill for what can only be described as the most ambitious “bread and milk” run in history… and somehow left with two sofas, a bunk bed, and a sideboard.
How did this happen, you ask? One word: Mark Keegan.
I’m fairly certain Mark could sell ice to a penguin, but in our case, he didn’t even need to try that hard. Between his charm, knowledge, and suspiciously good timing (“while you’re here, have you seen this?”), we went from “just browsing” to “well, we do need somewhere to sit… and sleep… and store things…”
At no point did it feel pushy—just dangerously persuasive in the best way possible. We came in for essentials and left questioning all our previous life choices (like why we didn’t upgrade our furniture sooner).
10/10 experience. Would absolutely go in for bread and milk again… but maybe bring a budget and emotional support😂

Terrible customer service Broken furniture seller blaming customer
Smiles and laughs Untill you ring the card once the payment for your purchase has been made you should brace yourself for drama if the product that you purchased brakes.After a long wait for the furniture (bed)to arrive we attempted to use the storage space underneath but the lifting mechanism broke down the frame snapped in half and show started on with numerous phone calls and emails in regards our issue.Long wait time and no emails were received from them for a long time after a while they realised that they have to deal with this problem and they figured it out that it’s our fault therefore we need to fix this on our own expense.But we know our rights as customers and we are caring out with this complaint Small claims procedure and so many more way are out there for us to get help when this type of approach is made by any retailer.I would definitely not recommend them just because they are not treating their customers right

We reviewed this case carefully based on the photos provided and also discussed the findings directly with the account holder over the phone. During that conversation, it was explained and understood that the type of damage to the lifting mechanism and frame is consistent with the safety locks being engaged while downward pressure is applied. Unfortunately, this results in damage that would be classified as misuse rather than a manufacturing fault.
That said, we do understand this has been a difficult situation for you, and while the issue was not due to a manufacturing defect, we still offered a reduced-cost solution as a gesture of goodwill to help resolve matters as quickly as possible.
We always aim to be fair and transparent in how we handle aftercare cases, and we remain open to working with you to find a practical resolution.
We are currently awaiting a response to our most recent communication and remain open to working with you to find a practical resolution.

Couch order
Ordered of a couch received within one week, really couldn't have gone better. The guys wer out with the delivery early on the Saturday so we were not left waiting. Couch is fantastic quality also couldn't be happier.

Had a great experience with the sales…
Had a great experience with the sales team while buying my new sofa, communication from Emlyn was great, kept me up to date on when it was ready for delivery. Unfortunately one of the delivery lads wasn't too pleasant to deal with, he was a bit grumpy to say the least, must have been having a bad day.

Ordered a couch & ottoman which arrived…
Ordered a couch & ottoman which arrived before Christmas. Unfortunately the wrong color was delivered. Called into the shop and the sales person took my details for Customer service. Luke contacted me and re ordered correct color. We kept the delivered couch until our correct one was made.Luke arranged everything and nothing was a problem. Everybody from sales, customer service and Delivery were all lovely and helpful. After sales service was second to none would highly recommend.

7 weeks still no delivery
At the time I was purchasing my bed 7 weeks ago I was told they have the bed frame but it would take 1-2 weeks for the mattress to be delivered to the warehouse. I have contacted numerous times through watsapp and have been just told ‘mattress not arrived to warehouse yet you will receive a message when ready for delivery’.
I emailed to complain and I was told the mattress would be delivered to the warehouse on the 10th of April which was 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything. When I emailed this morning I have been told the bed still has not been delivered to the warehouse yet. I have been given no updates or phone calls to tell me what’s going on.
This is a disgrace I paid a big amount of money for this bed and I advised them on the time of payment that I’m in a new build and need a new bed as quickly as possible and they lied to me in the store just to take my money.
If I don’t get my delivery this week I want my money back and I’m going to somewhere more reliable.

I completely understand how upsetting this must be, especially given that you made it clear at the time of purchase that you needed your bed as soon as possible.

I got a Corner sofa off the guys and couldn’t recommend them enough easy to deal always kept in the loop updated on when the sofa was due be delivered!
They guys came assembled the sofa fast quick and efficient no messing around ! They even followed up with an after call to make sure I was happy with the service

Very pleased

Delivery was sooner than expected so that was a bonus and the delivery guys were friendly and quick and cleared everything after themselves!
