The electrician diagnosed a faulty transformer causing me problems within half a minute of his arrival. He got a new transformer from his van , went into my loft, and within ten minutes resolved my problem. Well done. He was a star

The person who came kept us informed about his timing and arrived and did the job well. I was impressed.

I was worried phoning to sort out my garden security lights as it seemed such a small and unnecessary job. I needn't have worried because the handling of the job was fantastic. The electrician was friendly and there was good communication about the time of arrival via a phone call before hand. The job was dealt with professionally and the the electrician was honest regarding what needed doing, which he did quickly and efficiently. I would recommend using them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My power cut occurred at 9:30pm Sunday evening. The electrician arrived at 9:10am Monday & identified the problem working half an hour. He offered advice which I will now implement thank you.

Electrician quickly and efficiently replaced switch but had not been told what the job was. Fortunately he had a replacement switch available. The estimated time of arrival was not met.

The technician who came to our house had been on a previous occasion ,so that helped with his assessment of the problem - he dealt with the problem- explaining the safety aspect to me which was our main concern over the light fitting.

This company was reliable, efficient, courteous and carried out the work with minimum desturbance.

Electrician seemed competent. He was punctual and polite. I hope he has identified the fault left between my re-wiring electrician and the plasterer/decorator and that I can resolve the problem. I had hoped he would sort the faulty socket even if it meant taking off new tiles but I do I now have power to the other sockets.

I had a problem with a security light that was jammed on. He arrived on time , tracked the problem , was courteous through out and ......fixed it. Well presented and had the right equipment and he asked after my Mum as he had met her on a call earlier in the year.

Engineer was polite and helpful was called to tell me the time he was coming I was very satistfied.
