Ordered a camera strap from Rigu while the owner was on holiday, so I expected a bit of a delay but my order was processed and posted out the same day, with an email to confirm the tracking number. Arrived the next day as promised. Very pleased with the service I got and would happily shop here again.

A great consumer experience. I’m from NZ and as it happened, had relatives returning home a week after I made my purchase so had my purchase delivered to them in Surrey. Wanted a specific EMBOSSED camera strap that wasn’t listed on website. Emailed Andrew who responded almost immediately. His response was along the lines of “could do this but won’t as it doesn’t work as well as HE would like”. He lost £15 and I gained £15 - I purchased the strap without embossing. The strap is great and the advice / service was excellent. This is a tiny business with very high standards - commendable, given the current climate.

Nice personal service, very fast delivery and well packaged. Items are expensive but cheaper than importing from the US, also some good multibuy discounts to be had.

E-mail received was direct from the owner and hand written with tracking details and explaining which items were in which parcel they delivered extremly fast and well packaged.
