Ravello Loafers better than expected

Bought these after struggling to find nice shoes you can wear without socks. The quality is way better than I expected, the leather is very soft and comfortable. The insole is very cushioned too, perfect for wearing barefoot. Highly recommend these.

They offered me 30.00 on a 149.99 boot purchase if I would keep them. The boots are horrible! Say they are FINE leather......NOT!
I will return for my full purchase price. And...... BTW it took 4 months to arrive . Stay away from the website!

Riley Ridge provided me with the worst…

Riley Ridge provided me with the worst online ordering I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. My order for my son's Christmas gift was about a month past its delivery date. Then it was 3 sizes too big, and looked nothing like the jacket that was advertised... I'll never understand how they doctored that picture of the jacket on the website... The tracking app that riley ridge uses is totally worthless. And then once I explained to them that they shipped an extra large when I ordered a small. They told me that they use a different sizing scale. (Where ...?Gath...?) The jacket is huge... But that's most likely because it's an extra large... Not a small.... Duh...! But none the less they will let me return it... Oh but there's more... So, because they screwed the whole order and deliver and sizing up... I have to pay shipping and provide a package to ship it back...?? What..??!! Yep... They'll pay me back after I pay to pack and ship it... Riley Ridge is dishonest , and manipulative in every way... Then blame you for all of their mistakes....steer clear.....!

Everything wrong

Wrong statement size. No zipper as described on the website. 28 days for delivery. Promise to issue refund 6 business days ago. Website sows a Cheyenne address. This is nothing more than a virtual clearing house. Don’t trust them.

RILEY RIDGE IS ONE OF THE MOST INCOMPETENT GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, 1ST THEY SEND THE WRONG SIZE WHEN DID A SIZE M BECOME AN XL? THE COLOR GRAY BECOME WHITE? LISTEN FOLKS PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! THEY DON'T CARE NOTHING ABOUT YOU OR YOUR ORDER! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I never received my order, looks like I'm not getting a refund. I tried calling the number listed is only a recording you can only contact them online, but I haven't gotten a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST BUSINESS.

Total scam

Total scam. Emailed after receiving a delivered notice and told them it was not delivered. They proceeded to send me an email that the notice doesn’t actually mean it’s delivered. Apparently delivered means it was delivered to another company to deliver it. They said to wait another 4 days to notify them if I didn’t receive it. I received 2 more delivered notices in the next few weeks again with no delivery. I requested tracking info multiple times and did not receive it. It’s been months and all they say is “we are looking into this and cannot refund a delivered item”. No refund. No item and they could not care less. Please don’t waste your time or money.

DO NOT purchase from this company! I purchased items on 12/8/2025 and it said guaranteed by Christmas, nope nothing 28+ days and still waiting. They gave me a tracking number it worked for a few days and now it does not work. I emailed their delivery company and they don’t have anything . I believe it might be a company from China

They mailed from another country but pretended to be located in Montana. It has been weeks and finally when I get the tracking, it cannot track the tracking, because it is not US tracking. They are plagued by bad reviews and they have no working customer service number, meaning they state they do not talk to customers except via email. BEWARE.

Whata joke

Whata joke. Took three weeks to receive. Said it comes from Wyoming, it comes from China. Ordered a Large and an XXL showed up the size of a kids shirt. Thin and cheap. Do not order from this company. You will get something, but not what you ordered.

Not a legitimate shop

The item received was not what was advertised online. Ordered a jacket on Nov. 30 and received Dec 27. The item ordered was a utility jacket and the image online shows a canvas style fitted jacket. What was received is a shiny acrylic thing with sewn on "collar." No tag. Shipped in what looks like a freezer bag.

I was also charged twice for "shipping insurance."

It never specified where this was shipping from and claims about 1-3 days to process and 7-14 days to ship. The tracking information was vague. It looks like it left Taiwan, shipped to Algeria, and then finally to New York. The item took almost a month to arrive.

To return I would need to pay for shipping and wait until item is "inspected". Again, it has no tag. I also don't trust that this would be a legitimate return and I'm already out $60.96.

I usually do better before buying an item from a site I've never visited. Alas, the holidays! A week after ordering and no shipping update I did look on Reddit. One thread shared the same issues I wound up having and another was full of "happy customers" who also just so happened to have coupon codes. Sus.

The Shop App also has a lot of complaints on items not being what was advertised and items being shipped loosely (no bag or shoe box, etc.).

Don't shop from here. It's a scam.

Been 2 weeks still haven't mailed…

Been 2 weeks still haven't mailed purchase. They have lied several times saying they couldn't do a return because it was in route with postal service. When tracking finally popped up it shows it's still in the warehouse. They have lied the whole time saying it was sent. Very bad company buyer beware

Dishonest and unwilling to remedy their own errors appropriately

Very poor experience with an untrustworthy company. Ordered 2 shirts in “organic cotton” and what turned up were 100% nylon! I had to pay myself to return the items (Australia to USA) and while they did refund the purchase price, they refused to refund my original postage costs or the cost of return postage because “it’s not in the terms and conditions”. I’m sorry, but you send completely the wrong item out to someone after false advertising then expect them to cough up on the postage?? About $50 lost on postage to get my $120 purchase refunded. I will never do business with these people again, and suggest you not do the same: no guarantees you’ll actually get what you ordered and expect to be out of pocket if they send you some nylon junk you didn’t ever want in the first place! Plus you’ll get some trite condolence “I’m sorry the item wasn’t what you expected” as if the problem was mine for possessing unrealistic expectations???

What a rubbish merchant without integrity. Save your hard-earned money and a whole lot of fuss, and shop elsewhere!
