Great quality service and vfm
Excellent service of replacing unusually shaped windows at Youth Centre, friendly and efficient from first enquiry, estimating, preliminary visit to measure, care taken to size correctly to ensure fit and final installing. Good communication throughout with a weather delay etc. good vfm.

Top class job and trustworthy people
I've just had another two jobs completed by RILU and once again, they did a perfect job fitting a new door and window, as well as servicing some existing windows.
Just like the other times I have used them, they arrived on time, did a thorough job, cleaned up after them and were the friendliest and easiest people to have work on my house.
I highly recommended them to anyone who wants an excellent job completed by top, trustworthy people!

Excellent Work
Had my windows and doors done on my house and I couldn't be happier! The workmanship is fantastic, the windows and doors look absolutely amazing, gives my home a brand new look!

Excellent workmanship and competitive pricing
Ricky and Luke are very skilled and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they rebuilt our conservatory from top to bottom exactly to our requirement and in a timely manner. They also installed a new gate for us. They were very polite and cleared up after the work extremely well. Their prices are very competitive and we shall be using them again.

Prompt service and tidy
Prompt service the 2fitters were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The door need a change of panels due to supplier problem which were changed as soon as the replacements arrived

Excellent aftercare service!
We had a front door and bifold doors fitted last year. After a year of weathering, expanding and contracting, the doors required adjusting. Ricky and Luke were fast to respond and visited on multiple occasions at the drop of a hat to sort minor adjustments. Extremely happy with the aftercare service and we love the finished product. RILU are always on hand if needed.

A new front door professionally fitted.
We had a new front door fitted by RILU this month. Overall, an excellent experience. It made a nice change to have the same people, Ricky and Luke, taking care of both the sales and installation phases of the project. They are very pleasant to deal with. The installation was done on time, quickly, cleanly and faultlessly. I highly recommend them and would use them again if more work is needed.

Phase 2 Windows & Cladding
Had RILU back for phase 2, first floor windows and cladding. Great workmanship as before. Clean and tidy maintained throughout. What a transformation to my house. Cannot wait for phase 3 on ground floor. Highly recommend.
