Rings of Australia recently made a ring for me to gift my husband for our 10 year anniversary. It’s not anything traditional, nor was it anything they showcased on their website. I provided them with a dodgy photoshop image that made complete sense in my mind. Let me tell you…. They absolutely knocked the design out of the park and I am beyond grateful. Ordering an engagement ring through ROA was a great experience. They kept me updated throughout the time while the ring was being made. It was sent and came overnight from a different state. I purchased a platinum pavé diamond and with a beautiful natural diamond that was GIA certified. The ring looks amazing. The process was not rushed and I can’t fault the overall experience. If I had any queries they were quick to reply.

My experience with this company is I sent a email with exactly what I wanted and they got the stone wrong then when I got it finally the diamond fell out within a week I decided not to send it back to them but to send it to a professional
The prongs where not in the correct location and I rang rings of Australia and it was far from pleasant they finally offered to pay the invoice but I’d rather tell everyone my story then shut up
