I reached out to Riseway travel on the 30th urgently looking to book a holiday with my family. The entire process was amazing, I felt relaxed and reassured by the team, we were able to book a lovely trip within our budget and they organised all travel arrangements and sent me all the important documents that I needed on time. They are absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend!

Not sure about the customer service
I recently received a message from this company claiming I had previously been in contact with them regarding Umrah travel. Since I have only dealt with one travel agent, I initially assumed it may be connected to that previous experience under a different name. I raised a request for a refund.
They denied any connection to that previous travel agent and advised me to contact another company for the matter. My concern is with how my enquiry was handled, as there was no attempt to acknowledge or address my situation. Based on my experience, I would advise caution.
