To be fair, the injector failure on the way home 2 hours after purchase, albeit frustrating, was not foreseeable on their part. I managed to limp the VW Caddy to a nearby garage for repairs and train'd home. After retrieving the car a few days later Rash promptly reimbursed the £200+ parts cost. Overall, nice car.

The guy I dealt with was absolutely amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
The car itself is in fantastic condition and exactly as described. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car!

I bought a car with issues he told me it was because everything was tightened up not realising my son is a mechanic it was the diff we took it back and back to be told if i buy the oil he would put it in free of charge i only had the car for a month so i said why should i have to buy the oil when i only just got the car then to be told thats the best he could offer.So no i wouldn't buy anything off him ever again.How many customers has he said put good reviews on he will give you an extra 3 months warrenty.You will not be able to take it back to them for it fixing.The warrenty is only up to a £1000 so if your car is going to be more than that then you have to put rest of the money to it.

Went to look at a car, told them day before. Showed up and car was all ready with paperwork and keys for a test drive. Excellent customer service, cars great so far alhumdulillah. Definitely recommend

Rash was first class contacted me next day as car was just advertised think I was first to view and glad I did as car was real eye catcher. He saved it for me for a week till I could collect it. He could have sold it 10 times over. He also serviced it and a full year mot really happy with car. Car was gleaming would definitely recommend

They are so friendly, organised and ensure to make you feel welcome.
They was so helpful from the moment we walked in, they was able to answer all queries, and gave us an offer we couldn't turn down.

Couldn’t fault the service I received from Rash and the team. Went to view an Astra GTC 2014 which upon arrival was clean and ready to be viewed. Rash immediately informed us that the diesel particle filter warning light was on and assured us this was due to being left running whilst stationary for too long and would be cleared for collection. There was also a faulty tire and worn disc pads. All of this was corrected to a high standard and we were provided evidence of the fixes. This all happened within three days and completely free of charge. He also knocked £50 off the total price of the car to buy a new parcel shelf as one was not included in the sale. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. To top it off the finance they offer provided me with better interest rates than I had been quoted previously, making repayments more manageable. Very honest dealership and made the stressful experience of buying a car easy and without hassle. 10/10
Went in absolutely clueless as my first time buying a car. Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. You can tell they look after all their vehicles, i’ve never seen an engine bay so clean and cared for.
Even after all payments went through as i was leaving i couldn’t reverse out as i went from a c1 to an eos, a staff member id never spoke to helped me reverse out. Clearly they don’t only care about their cars but also their customers.

Bought a great little VW caddy from Rishton Auto Care. It came with a service and new cambelt included. Rash was really helpful throughout and was flexible with us when we had to change our collection date.
Happy with all the service provided today for the purchase of our Renault Captur. All the paperwork was smooth, agreed on some additional work to the vehicle to be completed prior to picking it up which was all demonstrated via pictures and videos on WhatsApp prior to pick up.
Great Experience and staff were helpful. Would Recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
