Nitin and RCS, what more can I say - RCS have single handedly saved me thousands of pounds with valuable advice.

In a nutshell, I knew he was the right person for the job as it was straight away evident that he was an honest individual. The advice that he gave, just so happened to save me thousands of pounds

Great comprehensive report, very grateful to Nitin and the rest of the team for getting it done over the Christmas period when a well known competitor were unwilling to help. Rivercrest will now be my go to for surveying purposes.

Wishing them all the best for 2024,
James

River Crest Surveyors have the time to explain things with you on site if you don’t understand anything with the building. Their friendly manner gives you the understanding of what is going on with the building, moreover how things should be maintained and should be looked after. I will recommend anyone to try River Crest Surveyors and see the kind of service and information you will receive .

Nitin was amazing and professional beyond belief, definitely look forward to working with him again

Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic and thorough service.

Nitin and Carol are very friendly and very prompt. I called up on Monday to ask if I could get a survey done and it was done on Wednesday. Very quick turnaround with the surveyor report emailed out to me on Wednesday.

It was honestly the right choice to make to instruct this comapny to carry out a level 3 survey. I contacted Natin around 4.30pm on Friday afternoon to instruct him for the job and he got me in on Monday at 9.30am. He was so confident with what he was doing and the way he was conducting the survey. I contacted him around 10.30am on Monday morning to see if I can pop around and he can go through abit with me.(I don't think going around with a surveyor on the day is a good idea for everyone as it can be off putting as there is so much information to take in). However he was really informative and had contacts for near enough anything you wanted done. He then gave me a report within 48 hours of the survey with picture on things that needed doing without any jorgons. It was plain English understood the report fully. I will 100% recommend this firm. They also matched a competitors price plus 10% off.

I couldn't fault our recent experience of a Level 3 survey with River Crest. Every step, from the initial phone call to chat through the survey options, to administrative correspondence with the very friendly and helpful Carol, to the incredibly comprehensive and detailed survey and report, to our debrief call to go through questions and important points from the report, River Crest were impeccable the whole way.
Definitely recommend. On top of such an extensive survey, they were incredibly quick to action it and even sent us the report the very next day! The price was very competitive (we asked them to beat another company's quote) and overall it was a pleasure working with them.

Thanks very much :)

I contacted River Crest Surveyors for a quote for a RICS valuation of my property and was pleased with their prompt response and quote to complete the job.
Their communication is excellent and they arrived at the property promptly on the day. Their work was thorough, painstaking and extensive which engendered a feeling of confidence. Their subsequent report, which was completed within 3 days was perfect for my requirements. Nitin and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and professional and I will use their services again and whole heartedly recommend the company, as it conforms to the RICS protocol and high standards.
